"Excellent, would highly recommend."

Wow! What a credit Rose is in Reception to the Hampton Inn. From the moment we arrived (visiting from Australia) Rose made us feel like we were home with her genuine kindness and interest in us as tourists giving us the opportunity to explore the best eating places and visitor destinations. The hotel room was fabulous, the best. Thanks again Rose, you made our stay very special.

The staff was absolutely fantastic. Incredibly friendly, warm and helpful. Full of suggestions for places to go. The atmosphere was great - as many have said, this is not your Hampton Inn from the 90's or early 2000s. It did feel like a boutique hotel with tasteful decor, a huge room, and a good breakfast that was included. It was also extremely clean throughout the property and in a very central location to both the University to the north and the Capitol to the south. The only issue I has was while the king size bed looked inviting, it was too soft for me and the sheets and comforter did not breath so while the room would be cold from the air conditioning, I was sweating while under the covers. The bed situation would be the only thing I would change. Everything else was perfect. The next time I'm in Austin, I will likely stay there.

The woman who checked us in was so friendly and always waved at us through our stay there very nice . They cleaned our room and made sure every thing looked great . They went up and above . I will stay here again when I come back to Austin . My daughter had a 15 park spot which was great when she came to pick me up . We viewed the pool but it was too cold to go in it looked so nice . We went and worked out at the gym which was so relaxing. I can’t not wait to tell my friends of the beautiful room o had room number 811 .

Enjoyed a weekend in Austin; staying at the Hampton was a highlight! Easy check-in, clean comfortable rooms, nice added touches (hot cocoa in the lobby, excellent full hot breakfast and sides-fresh fruit!) topped off the atmosphere. Most notable was the outstanding customer service from Noah at the front desk--patiently addressed our questions and took extra steps to help find and explain how to get back an apple watch we had left in the room. We will definitely stay here on our next visit to Austin!
