"Great location and hotel"

Great location, quiet, clean. Staff very helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay again easy to walk to Moody Center and Capitol. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was great! Fresh fruit, muffins, omelets, definitely one of the best I have had at hotels.

"Hidden Boutique Hotel in the middle of Austin! Don't pass this one up!!!!!"

This is a hidden gem in Austin! Don't let the name "Hampton" turn you away! This Hampton Inn is completely luxurious and very much a Boutique hotel! It is carefully centered in the middle of Austin without the crazy parking prices of the other Hilton Hotels. Their parking is more reasonable. They have AMAZING rooms - they are completely re done and everything is super modern. If you're lucky, grab a Balcony room!!!! So worth it if it's in the winter/fall months. I used their Fitness Room and it has everything you need - two treadmills, one Peloton, two Ellipticals, some bikes, a bench, a cable machine, lots of dumbbells - tons of things to keep you fit!!! And a nice TV and water machine and towels. They have ice on every floor. The pool is also a hidden gem - super great temperature and a little gazebo if you want to bring food up there. It was super nice. The breakfast is amazing - you can make yourself a breakfast burrito, waffle, they have muffins and yogurt, fresh fruit, cereal, bacon. All types of juices. The Front Office Manager is Rose Brown-Weeder - she is AMAZING. So nice and helpful and just a person that cares about your experience. She was very kind and super affable - the person you want managing your hotel!!!! Actually, everyone at the Front Desk were amazing. Don't skip over this hotel - it's AWESOME. Check out my photos below!!!!! It's a boutique hotel and not the old school 1980's Hampton Inn. They have immense security in their elevators and you feel completely safe! We will be back and staying here from now on!!!!!

"Awesome Front Desk Hospitality, Nice & Clean Balcony Room"

Olivia and Ms Rose at the front were awesome and super helpful. They were gracious enough to give us a late checkout at 2pm because we were here one night for a birthday! Loved the room and balcony! Would definitely come back. We were in the king suite with balcony and absolutely loved it! Thank you again to the kind ladies at the front.

"Unexpected gem in great location"

We stayed here to attend a UT graduation. Although this is a remodeled older hotel the amenities were nice and I enjoyed the stay. The room was comfortable with a high ceiling and nice bed. The location was fantastic with just a short walk to the capital and the pedestrian mall that extends into the UT campus.

Location great! Rooms are refreshed and nice, the rest of Hotel is run down. Eight stories one elevator works? Rooms not ready, keys don’t work, painting lobby and eating area. A/C sounds like freight train, regulating room temp impossible.
