We stayed here after a horrible front desk and owner experience at Ocean Sands Boutique Inn. The front desk clerk was so helpful and nice. The beds are super comfy and the rooms are large. We enjoyed the restaurant and Tiki bar. It’s right on the beach and chair and umbrella rentals are on site. Our ac went out during our stay and the maintenance man had it swapped out for a completely new system in a matter of minutes! He even checked on us the next day to make sure we were good. Don’t miss out on great service and the perfect location!!

Such a dump! The pictures are not what the rooms actually look like. The location and beach were great and the lobby nice but the rooms are a different thing. Sat down on the bed and the corner collapsed. Maintenance couldn't fix it. They offered to put us in a different room but it was late at night and we were already unpacked so decided to share the other bed, which was extremely uncomfortable. The AC didn't work properly, no fan in the bathroom, so much light coming in through the sides of the windows and door, so we got a horrible nights sleep. On top of that the room was gross and not what the pictures showed at all. Called the front desk in the morning and they would not put a manager on the phone but the front desk gentleman Dan said they would refund us 100% but since we booked with Expedia, had to call them first. We did that and Expedia said they would not refund us since they offered us a different room and a couple of cheap food and drink vouchers. It'll be worth your visit to pay the extra money for a way nicer hotel where you'll get a good night's sleep, nice room and great customer service.

This is our 6th year staying at the Guy Harvey. The entire staff is amazing. The restaurant serves wonderful food. The rooms are clean and comfortable. And the pet friendly policy is perfect for our trips. I would recommend the hotel to anyone.

Everything was great! We asked for rooms close together and actually got adjoining rooms. Upon arrival, my fridge wasn't working properly. Called the front desk and they said they would send someone to check it out. Surprisingly, maintenance was at my door in 10 minutes and replaced it. My daughter requested more coffee and 6 minutes later extra coffee was delivered. All staff were friendly. Daily room cleaning which is not common in other hotels. I am elderly and awaiting knee replacement. I was concerned about the walk on the beach to our umbrella. They provided an all terrain wheel chair. It made my days at the beach so much more enjoyable. The pool is nice. Very clean and not noisy. They have a lift for the handicapped, which I didn't need but very accommodating. Bed was super comfortable. No complaints what so ever. Would recommend !
