Great Wolf Lodge Cincinnati Mason in MASON, OH

This was our first time at Great Wolf Lodge-Mason. Our children (ages 4 and 7) had a great time. We bought them each a wolf pass, which I would recommend especially if you plan to go back for future visits because you will have the wands for the magic quests. When we come back, I don’t think we would buy the meal plan. I felt that the food was pretty basic and there are enough restaurants in the surrounding area that you can get better quality food for the same price. I think it would also be easy enough to pack breakfast and lunch items. We had the whirlpool room which I would not recommend. The pullout couch was very hard and the whirlpool did not work well. In terms of the waterpark, though the kids really enjoyed it, and there are several activities for families to do together.

I was so upset with going on the website and ending up paying $300 more because of a third-party that I did not know that I was on. I clicked on great wolf lodge. I have contacted all of the people my credit card, Expedia that hotel one and others in your customer service department and reservation dept and everybody could not seem to help me ,I was going to have to pay $861 for one night with my three grandchildren that receipt said it wasn’t including the waterpark and after I read that, I knew something wasn’t right because that was all included in the $579 when I called the grateful lodge front desk . I finally by the grace of God got a hold of Michell S she made my night of tears turned into smile and tears of joy by her going out of her way to help me with being ripped off by the other company and I want you guys to give her a raise whatever you can do for her because she made my family so happy by canceling that with Expedia because they would do nothing for me, which if I was your company I would not work with them at all. They are very crooked and they know that we call you guys and we have a fit about these big charges. They put on top of the room which one I didn’t even know I was going through them they hide their information make us believe that we’re going straight through you. whatever the case it’s all taken care of due to Michell. She is a blessing and wonderful customer service person , ❤️and I’m all about customer service cause I am a realtor and I’ve always worked in the public eye and have help to make my clients have the best experience. Michelle was absolutely wonderful. She is the only one that was willing to help me from not being scammed of the 300. I ended up having tears of joy. She canceled the reservation and rebooked me into a nicer room size room for me and my family and I got charged exactly what you all were quoting not $300 more on top .., I’m so happy to say that Michelle showed me that there are good people in this world still. . Thank you for hiring such a wonderful caring lady. Thank you

We brought our grandsons for an overnight. Neither of us had been before and it was our grandsons first time. Everything was great! I was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness, as I have been to a different brand waterpark resort and did not experience the same cleanliness. My only feedback would be to provide guidance at the kiosk check-in that any purchased packages must be picked up at the desk.

Family of 4 went expecting better than a dairy bar. Just don’t waste your time or money. Pros: Seated in less than 10 minutes Food came quickly Cons: No flavor WAY overpriced Not unique Honestly the best part of the meal was the mozzarella sticks, they were hot and fresh. The kids meals were what you would expect for children, bland and basic. Food came in a portioned divided tray to keep it from touching which is good for those picky ones. The short rib Bolognese could have been good but it was not seasoned. It was luke warm at best. The NY strip was absolutely a waste, while it was a good portion it lacked all flavor. I’ve never seen a steak look charred but taste like water.. not to mention the mashed potatoes were straight from a box with just water added, literally no butter or salt. Same for the asparagus. And to finish it off, the macaroni and cheese was barely warm. It would’ve been better if it was Kraft macaroni from a box to be honest. Seriously, don’t waste your money here. If you’re planning to go here just DoorDash from some local fast food place and at least you will have food that taste good.
