"Bugs bugs bugs !!! Absolutely Disgusting!!"

I should have seen the reviews on yelp. They have a major BUG ISSUE !! This place is absolutely filthy and completely unacceptable for a Marriott-branded hotel. We checked into the Four Points Arlington and immediately found a bug on the bed. It was disgusting and ruined our first impression right away. I physically brought the bug down to the front desk. To their credit, the staff was friendly and moved us to another room, but the damage was done, the whole stay felt dirty, uncomfortable, and unsanitary. On the last day, it got worse. We found another bug (like pincher bug) on the bed in the second room. Two different rooms, two different bug incidents. That is beyond unacceptable and flat out disgusting. I documented both incidents with photos and video, so there is no denying it. Management's response was pathetic! Tons of reviews warning us . I will never return to this filthy property, and will never book with this chain again. Ever. Save yourself the stress, disgust, and wasted money.

"Late night in from DFW"

The people working here are a great asset to the company. It’s not far from the airport. The only reason I gave them a four instead of five was the mattress in room 127. It was way too soft. In fact, it felt flat worn out. If they replace the mattress it’s five out if five.

"Nothing good but location"

The location is the only thing good about this hotel. There was a roach in our room and lighting in our was horrible. Very dark and dreary. The bar closed earlier than expected, so we didn’t experience that but we did go into the restaurant for breakfast…it was horrible, I couldn’t even eat it and I’m not that picky. Our keys wouldn’t open the door to the pool area and they couldn’t seem to fix that. So, while the location is good I’m sure another hotel in the area would be a better choice.

"Don’t spend your money here."

I would rate this hotel zero stars due to my unsatisfactory experience. From the start, the service was lacking. I had requested an early check-in through the Bonvoy app and reached out to the hotel directly. Upon my arrival, the staff was not welcoming, and they were unaware of my early check-in request; my room was not prepared. They promised to call me once the room was ready, but I never received that call and ended up checking in after the standard time. Additionally, the TV apps were not functioning, the Wi-Fi was inadequate, and I was looking forward to visiting the bar, only to find it closing three hours earlier than expected. Also the bed comforters were unappealing. Overall, I am quite disappointed and regret my decision to stay here.

Dirtiest Marriott property I have ever stayed in. Had a terrible smell in the lobby/hallways and there was hair in the bathtub. Feels like an older property that will not be open much longer. Outside of being in a decent location, there were not many positives with this stay.
