We recently returned from a very comfortable stay at this hotel. If you are planning a trip to the Orlando theme parks, this is a solid choice. ​The Rooms: To be fair, the rooms are a bit dated and show their age. However, they were kept very clean, with the housekeeping staff making up our rooms every single day. ​The Service: The staff is where this hotel truly shines. Everyone from the reception desk to the breakfast team was friendly and welcoming. We want to give a special mention to Carmen—she was incredibly helpful throughout our stay and went the extra mile to ensure we had everything we needed. ​Location & Logistics: The location is ideal if you are visiting the major attractions. We were close to Universal, Disney, and SeaWorld, and the hotel’s shuttle service made transportation to and from the parks very easy. ​Summary: Despite the older decor, the combination of excellent service and a prime location made for a great experience. We would definitely return!
