How does this place have a 4/5 stars?! I can’t figure it out. It’s dingy and very dated - in desperate need of a facelift and some newly enforced cleaning standards. Many of the tiles on the ceiling are stained from old leaks, the ice machine is dripping pink water, the room smells moldy and has what looks like old blood spatter above my headboard. The windows are filthy so I permanently closed my curtains and clipped them shut with pant hangers so I didn’t have to look at the face oil and crap all over them. I won’t be back to this place until they make some major changes in cleanliness standards.

Rooms were fine - nothing spectacular. My parents couldn't get the TV/remote to work and the staff couldn't solve it. We had some issues getting the room cleaned - we were told they were understaffed. There were food crumbs down the hallway that didn't get cleaned up in the four days we were there. the King extended suite is pretty spacious. the showers are pretty small. The breakfast option in the lobby was actually pretty good. Access to highway 80 is quick and easy. there are several good food options within walking distance of the hotel which was convenient.

Manager very inconsiderate after refusing to issue refund at check in after hot tub closure and broken pool water heater not disclosed. My 5 yr old’s excitement to use pool matters. We scrambled to rebook but charged $40 above what my app stated would be the cost and charges posted at my bank. So far no refund and manager did not apologize just gave dirty looks while front desk explained no refund policy despite their false ad about heated pool and hot tub.
