"Average hotel. NOT great."

I have stayed in A LOT of Hotels, so this is an honest review. I stayed from 11/19/24 until 11/24/24. I read the reviews prior to booking and decided to book. The price was reasonable, so that helped as well. Let me start with the room (232). It was on the highway side, so if the noise from trucks bothers, you ask for a room on the other side of the hotel. I have NEVER stayed in a hotel where you can hear people walking around in the room above you! It was very annoying, especially late at night and very early in the morning. Also, the walls, as some have said, are VERY thin! There were a bunch of women next door who were very loud! Even at almost 12 at night!! No, I did not ask for a room change (I already unpacked all of my things), nor did I call the front desk to complain. I have found that it only escalates the situation, and I wasn't in the mood to have the cops called. The beds, as some have said, were a little too soft for me, as were the pillows. As far as the hotel, the lobby was nice. They offer a free breakfast buffet. It was very disappointing and very small. I'm so glad there were Dunkin donuts, Starbucks, and a diner within a 5 min drive. Overall, it was an OK hotel. The staff was very friendly. If I was ever in the area again, I'd look for another place to stay.

"Front desk staff exceptional service"

It was a great experience Kobe assured our arrival was smooth. I drove almost 1000KM straight with my family and was very tired Kobe upon arrival assured that our room is ready and check us in without any thought. Truly a remarkable gesture. We will definitely go back to this property and hope kobe is still there. Great job Kobe

Hotel room was spacious enough, but smelled like previous guest had a wet dog...damp smell. No indoor pool meant no swimming for kids and they were not happy about this. We stayed here to go to Legoland and next time would just stay on property.

"Getting to know unknown a Great, Great, Great Grandfather of 1790"

For more than 50 years my wife wanted to walk where her ancestors walked. She selected her 3rd great grandfather to search for and we found records of him from 1790 near Goshen and Warwick, NY. The accommodations at Fairfield made our long days relaxing and refreshing.

The room was very comfortable to sleep and the bathroom was spacious and clean. The breakfast was amazing.I would recommend this hotel to everyone.My family had a great time for our short stay. The hotel was as close to our destinationgor us to make our day a shorter trip.
