Important Information

Parking: There are no parking fees at Encore Resort at Reunion.
Pet Policy: The resort allows pet with a $40+ tax daily fee per unit. Please notify the resort prior to arrival if traveling with a pet. Undisclosed pets will be charged a cleaning fee and damage fee.
Home photos may not match the exact accommodation you receive upon check-in. Room/bed type depends on availability at check-in. Reservations for dining and spa must be made directly with the Encore Club after confirming your vacation home reservation. Must be at least 21 years of age with a valid, government-issued ID at check in. Credit card will be pre-authorized for $500 to cover any incidental charges. SMOKING IS PROHIBITED IN THE HOMES. If any guest is smoking in the unit, there will be a smoking fee charged to the credit card on file for $500. If any guest has an unauthorized pet on-site, there will be a charge of $500 per pet per day.

"Brilliant holiday"

We stayed at Encore in August 2025. We booked the holiday through Virgin and the property was managed by Jeeves. Virgin- There was an issue with my check in, but Virgin were quick to resolve. As always with Virgin, you know what you are getting. Quality service and a high quality villa. Jeeves- Jeeves were absolutely fantastic. They are quick to help and made me feel reassured that any issues would be dealt with quickly (other than my issue with check in, I had no other issues) The resort- The resort is beautiful. It is well kept, the resort staff are brilliant. Check in desk, ladies working at the pool, staff on the gated entrance, were all brilliant and couldn’t do enough to help. We stayed at 212 Burma Street. The villa was huge and the pool was very big. We stayed in a six bedroom villa. The hot tub was heated to 102degrees f, which was a little too hot at times, but perfect in the morning and late at night. The villa was clean and we saw zero cockroaches all holiday! Played, cutlery etc were provided so it was a home from home and after a visit to Walmart (10 mins drive down the road) we lived like a Floridian for two weeks. We are not park goers so went to Florida for the other attractions, NASA (brilliant) Daytona Beach, Cocoa Beach, the Malls, so went tended to be in the villa for most of the holiday. It was very quiet. We had no neighbours either side and only one neighbour behind us, and even then, it was only for three days. The resort felt very safe and we did not experience any noise issues as some other reviews have stated. The bins were emptied everyday. I took the bins out to the wheels bins every night, (left the wheely bin down the side of the house) and the bags were not there the next day. Excellent! I could write more about the villa and the resort but there is too much to say. If you are reading this and undecided to book or not, I would say DO IT! The water park was fun, the drinks were well made (although slightly expensive), the gym was good and wel air conditioned, every staff member we came across was professional, friendly and helpful. The resort is close enough to Disney that you can sometimes hear the fireworks (not loud enough to stop you sleeping) All in all, it was perfect and the resort is amazing.

Family holiday. Nice villa, no complaints there. Problem was our neighbours.. Beside us and across the street. House party on the Friday.. cars hitting their rev limiters at 3am. Sat night similar.. nightmare. 5pm kids in the pool... all we can smell is weed from next door.. kids brought in. Again, party all night.. Not a wholesome family vacation spot.. It's gone right downhill since we last stayed here in 2019.

"A Memorable Anniversary Stay with Room for Improvement"

My wife and I stayed at Encore Resort at Reunion from July 31 to August 6, 2025, to celebrate our 15th wedding anniversary, and overall, we had a wonderful time. Our rental home at 7458 Marker Drive in Kissimmee, FL offered a spacious and comfortable retreat, and we especially enjoyed the resort’s amenities—the Aquapark was a highlight and added a fun, refreshing touch to our stay. 🏡 The Home: Great Layout But Needs Better Preparation The house itself had great potential. We loved the private pool and the open layout, which made it easy to relax and enjoy each other’s company. However, we did encounter several cleanliness issues that negatively affected our guest experience: • Mildew in the upstairs master shower • Trash left under the living room sofas from the previous guest • Accent rug appeared unvacuumed • Floors had not been swept or mopped • Food stains were visible on the kitchen countertop These details may seem minor, but they detracted from the overall comfort and care we expected, especially for a special occasion like our anniversary. More attention needs to be given to prepping the home for new guests, as first impressions matter, and cleanliness is key to a truly enjoyable stay. 🎉 Resort Experience: Fun and Relaxing Despite the housekeeping concerns, the resort itself was fantastic. The Aquapark was clean, well-managed, and a lot of fun. We appreciated the variety of amenities available and the convenience of being close to everything while still enjoying the privacy of our rental home. 💑 Final Thoughts Encore Resort at Reunion has a lot to offer, and we’re grateful for the memories we made during our anniversary trip. With improved attention to detail in home preparation, this could easily be a five-star experience. We hope to return in the future and see those improvements in place. ⭐️⭐️⭐️☆☆ A beautiful resort with great amenities—just needs a stronger commitment to cleanliness and guest readiness.

Complimentary self-parking is available throughout the resort, although parking on the street is not permitted. Additional overflow parking is located in the Westside, Eastside, and at the Clubhouse.

The resort is located within 10 to 15 minutes from Walt Disney World and 20 to 25 minutes from SeaWorld Orlando and Universal Orlando Resort.
