I always enjoy staying here whenever I travel to Irvine. Its location is incredibly convenient, just minutes from SNA, which makes arrivals and departures stress-free. What truly stands out is the staff — consistently friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help, which makes the experience feel warm and personalized. A special thanks to Arya, who kindly explained an excellent package in detail — his professionalism and friendliness really made a difference. The hotel itself maintains the high standards you’d expect from Embassy Suites: spacious rooms, clean facilities, and a very comfortable atmosphere. The food is delicious, and I especially appreciate the quality of the coffee — rich and flavorful. There’s also a great variety of teas available, which is a nice touch. One of my favorite parts of the stay is the complimentary evening reception. The snacks and drinks create a very relaxing environment, perfect for unwinding after a long day. Overall, it’s a reliable, comfortable, and enjoyable place to stay. I definitely recommend it and will continue choosing it whenever I’m in Irvine.

Clean and functional but barely. The bed was worn out, saggy but hard. Room was clean but stained carpets and curtains just felt shabby. The franchisee or whomever owns this property needs to invest. Breakfast was inedible and pointless. The property itself is tired and dated. Rooms are gloomy. WiFi was pay only for anything beyond dial up. In 2026. Surreal. Won’t make this mistake again.

This Hilton location is gorgeous! The staff has been wonderful! Katrina checked me in and was very informative and friendly. The rooms are super comfortable and the breakfast selection is exceptional. One of my favorite encounters was meeting Arya.
