While the front desk people who work here are nice - and helpful if you make enough noise, the condition of the sofa bed mattresses were disgusting. They were covered with pee spots and smelled like urine. That’s the first and second rooms. The third room had one smaller stain on the mattress and didn’t smell. And they gave me a REAL mattress pad to cover it - which, if they used regularly, would probably prevent this problem in the first place. There was no manager on staff at night, the housekeeping staff leaves at 10:30, and there was no one who could/would help me move from one room. After dealing with this and finally accepting the third room, I had the pleasure of having to repack and move all the stuff by myself. Once I had moved everything, a lovely gentleman came to help and did switch out the coffee maker to the better coffee maker from our old room….. but seriously…. If this is “Hilton Honors” quality, don’t “honor” me
