"Business overnight trip."

I always stay here. Great place and great breakfast. Ms. Mariela was wonderful she helped me with breakfast and was very friendly. I’ll be back. I was a little bummed out that I didn’t get my king bed, but it was just an overnight trip so it really didn’t matter. Not at all a reflection of my stay.

My family and I were in town for the weekend. We were surprised by the customer care at the embassy suites. Kale the bartender was the best. She had her own drink special with her own flare. She was fast and efficient moving the line as fast as she as the Kale specials were a hit. We will back!

Kale was wonderful! We had great conversation, service, and she made a great signature cocktail! She goes above and beyond with every single customer. I would recommend coming to this bar even if I wasn’t staying in the hotel. She’s the best bartender!

"Great staff and breakfast"

The hotel personnel is wonderful and the breakfast was great but the rooms need updating. Melli is very attentive and friendly as is Daniel. The breakfast was well presented, warm, fresh, and coffee was good. The first floor rooms however were not as great as you would expect from a Hilton. The room needs updating and the exit door outside our room needs to be quieter.

A simple act of kindness from someone in the service industry can truly brighten my day. It is remarkable how a friendly interaction at a cash register can uplift my spirits. This illustrates the profound impact that the service sector can have on its patrons. For several months, I have been enjoying breakfast every Friday at the Embassy Suites in Tampa, FL. Mrs. Millie exemplifies outstanding service; she attends to her guests with genuine warmth, making one feel like royalty. Having been raised by a traditional mother, I find that Mrs. Millie evokes similar comforting feelings. Her presence fills the room with a delightful atmosphere. I hold her and the entire staff in high regard. Additionally, Mrs. Maria prepares the finest scrambled eggs I have ever tasted, and her kindness is truly heartwarming. I extend my gratitude for the ways in which you enhance my travel experiences!
