We enjoyed our stay here. It has been a while since I last stayed at this location. I used to stay here when I lived in the area. This Embassy Suites has changed a lot, which I really appreciate. They have updated many things, and our room was different from the typical Embassy Suites we have stayed at before. Everything seemed clean, and the breakfast was great, which is one of the main reasons we like staying at Embassy Suites. My kids enjoyed the pool. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Front desk "Trevor" made our trip. We had been having a long bad day of travel. We arrived at the hotel and were told our room was not ready. Rather than being a problem Trevor made us feel great. Trying everything in the world to make us happy while we waited. If more front desk people were like this travel would always be easy. Thanks Trevor

I have stayed at this Embassy suites many times over the years, and it is a well-maintained property with friendly staff. They remodeled the atrium/common area since the last time I had been there, and it now has a light and airy and contemporary feeling, I got a corner room actually had a very good view and a nice layout (although the windows were very dirty on the exterior). I didn’t try the breakfast because I was too late, although from what I saw from a distance it appeared to be the standard Embassy suites. The rooms appear to be relatively recently remodeled(?). There is also a well-appointed gym and a pool on property. Overall, if you need to stay near the airport this definitely isn’t a bad choice, great for business travelers and families alike.

We just went to a business event hosted at the hotel. I was really apprehensive about all the 1-star reviews. After three days and nights and having the hotel hold our bags for most of the fourth day, I can't relate to any of those bad experiences. The soaring atrium is a lovely vista for a hotel. The made-to-order breakfast every morning was excellent. Desk service was always helpful. The airport shuttle saved us about $20 over an Uber. The area is just a biotech corporate park, so my wife and I weren't afraid to walk around several days and one evening. (There is a nice 24/7 IHOP restaurant within walking distance that didn't appear on Google at first; the hotel restaurant has good service and food but it's pricey.) The conference setup and support for the business meeting was outstanding. I recommend this place.

This hotel looks good one the outside but is filthy. Walked in to immediately find a fingernail on the floor by the couch. We folded out the pull out couch bed for someone to sleep on just to find dirty linens on it ( covered in hair and crumbs). I took a shower and walked into the bedroom with wet feet. When I returned to the bathroom I was leaving black footprints. (That’s how nasty the carpet is) the bottom of the bathtub was black. The room stayed hot and stuffy. The thermostat is locked so there was no way to cool it off. Called maintenance and he just came and turned the fan on. Was not a pleasant stay and not worth the money.
