Drury Plaza Hotel Orlando - Disney Springs Area in Lake Buena Vista, FL

Great location to the parks and transportation of the shuttle bus was a breeze. The entire facility was clean and well maintained. Staff in all areas were so nice and accommodating.

The hotel was excellent. You probably can’t get a better value for your money. Staff was great and the breakfast and early evening a snacks were great. The popcorn was an added value. Our only complaint was it sometimes took a long time for the bus service to get us back to hotel from the parks. Although it may be customary in Orlando to pay for parking, we were really surprised about the $18 per night charge for parking our vehicle.

Well what do I say about this place, it was great! The staff here are absolutely superb, there are some really hard working staff which I will mention later on by name. The shuttle service to the parks was always well documented too and the shuttle drivers oh my god, they are the absolute best! We didnt notice any noise in the room, and slept well every night being there, the service we received at the front desk was always top level. There was always a good vibe in the hotel and plenty of amenities and you are well looked after, and also very clean. The breakfast was always spot on, and the evening meals could do with a bit more variation, but it did the trick on nights when we just wanted to use the kickback service. The pool was great too, the room was very spacious, and everywhere seemed well looked after, nothing was too much trouble. Even with two kids and a stroller, we had a very easy walk to Disney Springs from the hotel, around 15 mins with a really nice walk. Now to the highlights of some staff members. Luis and Victor, the shuttle drivers for most of our journeys - they are the absolute BEST human beings! We came back from the parks some nights, very, VERY tired, with sleeping children on our shoulders and loads of bags, they helped us get the strollers off the shuttle every single time without even asking. They ALWAYS had a smile on their face, and they just made you feel safe and looked after. These shuttle drivers work some long hours, and somehow, they maintain complete professionalism throughout their working day. I cannot tell you how they just took the stress and hassle out of our journeys every single time, you guys totally deserve a raise! Rebeca the cleaner always left us a lovely note, and always cleaned exactly what we needed in the room, she always did everything spot on, and just really made a difference to our holiday. And last but not least was Monica in the breakfast and kickback area. That woman is so underrated it is unreal. When Monica was working, everything was always topped up, plates were always cleaned, she never ever stopped working, and she always had different Disney ears on which we noticed and my wife loved her. Its weird to say, but we did notice when she wasnt working, plates began to stack up, and food was more sparse sometimes, but when Monica was working, you never encountered any of this. She totally deserves a raise too, and she is an absolute credit to the Drury Plaza. We noticed that Monica just never stops working. If she notices something isnt right, she sorts it out straight away, no messing around. All I can say is, I would happily stay at this hotel again, for all it provides, but moreso, for all the hard working staff really make this place something special. They are a complete credit to the hotel. Thanks again for a wonderful time! - Edd

Top of the line. It was nice to have the evening meal provided. The transportation to Disney was top of the line. Will definitely stay again!
