This hotel was brilliant. From arriving at the hotel to departure we had no issues. All staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast included is such a brilliant perk for long days in the park and the food is decent. We didnt eat at the kickback but this would be great for families and the 3 free alcoholic drinks daily is the perfect pick me up for adults. The shuttle bus service to the disney parks is exceptional. Always on time or early and there are a lot of times available to match your personal schedule. We had free parking by booking with BA so couple that with no resort fee, this hotel was such great value for money!

Drury Plaza Hotel Orlando near Disney Springs is our favorite place to stay. First and foremost, the staff is FANTASTIC! They are friendly, accommodating and they go out of their way to make sure we are comfortable and have all we need. The rooms are clean; the views are spectacular and the free "Kick-Back" program is a nice extra perk. The breakfast buffet is fresh and tasty; the dinner buffet is also delicious with a nice variety of choices. If you like you can go to the lounge area on the first floor and buy delicious fresh prepared food as well and enjoy your favorite beverage in a comfortable setting. Drury provides a shuttle system to get you to and from the Disney parks.

Amazing staff, accommodating and friendly! Gorgeous hotel with expensive views of Orlando from beautiful and super clean rooms. Definitely great value for all the amenities! An ideal location for everything you would like to experience in Orlando!
