This location has it all. You great free breakfast and dinner, along with 3 selected drinks per day. The grounds and hotel are in great shape and at a great location. You can work to Bourbon Street in less than 20 minutes. Plus, it’s right by the trolley and bus 11 pickup/drop off. They are also pet friendly and have 2 areas for your pets to enjoy outdoors. The staff is very friendly and always looking to help you. I highly recommend this location for your visit.

The location was perfect. Lots of public transportation to get you around the city and for cheap. You just need the Le Pass and use the New Orleans RTA option to purchase tickets for buses and streetcars. Highly recommend going to City Park and if you have small children take them to Storyland. Under 36" get in free. Cost for my grandson and I was less than $17.00. Then we added the Carousel Garden and the cost for both of us to enter was less than $29.00. We truly had a great time. The park was clean and is the perfect amusement park experience for small children.

Hotel is large, clean and in a very central location to both the museums and the French Quarter, both a quick walk or the streetcar (Green Line) is right outside the door. The included breakfast and "kick back" happy hour (3 drinks plus a buffet) comes in handy after a long day. Popcorn and nachos also available and a nice outdoor patio area to eat or relax. Outdoor pool and whirlpool on the 6th floor plus a gym round out the location. Lobby bar/restaurant open late so always food available if you arrive late. All employees are pleasant and friendly. Great place to call "home" when in NOLA

I just picked a downtown hotel from Priceline with no clue what I was booking. Was I surprised!! This had to be one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The rooms were very clean, spacious, and nicely appointed. The staff at the front desk were awesome and so friendly. They provided maps and best spots to see the Mardi Gras parade. Not only was there a free hot breakfast but happy hour every night from 530 to 7pm. You are entitled to three free alcoholic drinks. I had the mixed cocktails and they were fabulous. Happy hour was actually more like a full dinner. There was chili, salad, chicken, potatoes, and a vegetable. Between the wonderful breakfast and happy hour you did not go hungry. During the happy hour the manager wandered from table to table greeting everyone and checking if everything was all right. The icing on the cake was the rooftop full heated pool and hot tub. One of the nicest I’ve ever experienced. I booked one night but actually wound up 3 nights because I was so impressed. This hotel deserves above 5 stars.
