The staff was amazing. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Ben answered all of our questions as he handled check-in for us. Luree was sunshine itself as she greeted and served us in the Evergreen Cafe. The breakfast at the Evergreen Cafe was excellent, the food was hot and the portions were large. The quesadilla and onion rings we had in the evening were some of the best we've had. The hotel's proximity to Disney Springs was a plus. The room staff kept our room clean and there was plenty of space to relax there. There is plenty of space to lounge at the pool and a splash pad area for the children that is fenced off from the main pool.

Great room and outstanding service! We were greeted with hot cookies and bottled waters. Our room was well equipped. We had an issue with our air conditioning that was immediately fixed. The highlight of our stay was our server, Olga, at their great breakfast buffet. Olga was extra attentive, meeting our every need. Great place to stay!

Olga and Loree were phenomenal for the entire stay. Both of them have gone above and beyond to a point that in the future, I may stay here rather than a Disney resort.
