Front desk clerk, Ben, helped make our trip special. He was helpful, friendly and even laughter at my silly jokes. His service was amazing and he should know he was appreciated. When checking out there was a huge group checking in and thankfully, Freddie, went out of his way to circumvent us having to wait. He, too, was helpful and friendly. From great beds, clean rooms, service, etc. , we highly recommend this hotel. Only small complaint is that we wish, for old people like us, that we could have used cash instead of all digital or credit cards for purchases...but, that seems to be the way of the world these days. Thanks again Double Tree in Disney Springs area for making our short stay great.

I recently stayed at Hilton Hotels & Resorts and unfortunately my experience wasn’t great. When I first arrived at the front desk, I saw an employee walk away and ended up waiting there for a while with no one around. When the front desk associate returned, there was no acknowledgment or apology for the wait, she just immediately started the check-in process. Normarie, in particular, came across as very rude and kept talking over us, which made the interaction uncomfortable. The pool area was nice, which was one of the few positives, but overall the atmosphere of the hotel felt off. The manager Zoey did not appear professional, her appearance and demeanor didn’t match what I would expect for a hotel at this price point. She seemed disengaged and gave off the impression that she didn’t want to be there. The general vibe of the staff was not welcoming. No one seemed happy, and as we walked away, we could hear employees gossiping about coworkers or guests, which was very off-putting. Overall, the experience felt unprofessional and not worth the $250+ per night. I expected much better service and hospitality.

The hotel was lovely but the customer service was consistently outstanding. From check in, where the staff member charmed my tired and cranky 5 year old to the staff at the evergreen restaurant that saw to your food, and two others and still offered a quiet easy support to a busy mom, wow. Staff broke out in a birthday song for a kiddo on our last day, it was a quickly coordinated bit of kindness that made every one smile.
