My family of 3 just returned from a 5 night stay. My son’s first trip to WDW! Hotel is conveniently located, no more than 10-12 min drive to entrance of all 4 Disney Parks. Staff was great outside of one issue with one of the check-in staff (but everyone else was great so still 5 star). The rooms are very spacious albeit slightly dated but at Disney you really just need a clean bed and shower. AC was a bit sluggish and probably 5-10 degrees warmer than stated temp so adjust accordingly but overall very satisfied with our experience!

We booked Hilton Disney Springs Suites for 10 nights and checked out after 5. In short, it was massively overpriced for what it is. The hotel feels dated, tired and in need of a complete rebuild. The rooms were not clean to the standard you would expect, especially from Hilton, and there was no real holiday atmosphere at all. The pools were not heated, which made them unusable for us. It just didn’t feel like a place you would want to spend a family holiday. I stay with Hilton regularly and hold Diamond status. This is without doubt the worst Hilton property I have stayed in. After five nights we made the decision to leave and move elsewhere so we could actually enjoy the remainder of our holiday. That says everything. While we were there, we heard multiple other guests complaining. Even our Uber driver said he hears the same feedback about this hotel all the time. On a positive note, the girls at breakfast were fantastic. Friendly, warm and the only part of the stay that brought a genuine smile to our faces. They were doing their best in what is clearly a struggling property. Hilton, you need to do much better here. This location deserves a hotel that matches the brand.

I am writing this as I sit in the room waiting for my shower to be fixed. We are here for the Builders Convention, paid $150 for the tickets for the party this evening that we can’t attend because we don’t have a shower that has hot water. I put a request in at 10:30 this morning. It is now 6pm. The shower is not fixed and the party started. Great customer service lol
