Room is basic but comfortable enough. Main issue is no hot water for 2 days so will speak to reception (again) and hope it's fixed by the time we get back from the parks. Free shuttles work very well

We had a wonderful 2 week stay at the Double Tree. The room was clean, spacious and a great space for a family of 4. The highlight of our stay has to be the fabulous breakfast team, in particular Louree. Her energy, enthusiasm and warmth was genuinely the best welcome we have ever received at a hotel. By the second day she knew what drinks we wanted and would take time to chat with us every morning. We would recommend this hotel to anyone and to make sure you book breakfast to experience the team’s hospitality. We look forward to returning soon. Thank you again to all the staff and of course, in particular the breakfast team.
