Hotel room and upkeep are fine. Housekeeping and front staff excellent. Bar does a nice job, decent drinks, well made. Good attention to security, key access needed for elevators. The front desk noticed that I was not credited with Diamond benefits and corrected the bill at departure. Areas of needed improvement: 1) Relative high self parking fee of $30 per night. Most of the nearby parking lots with shuttles are less than $10 per night 2) $15 breakfast burrito, decent size, but mostly egg and ?rice filler. Few onions. McDonald's breakfast burrito is far superior, so you should be able to correlate. At that price, it should be much higher in quality 3) Executive lounge non-existent or not supplied at "Club" level on 10.

I hesitate to share just how amazing this hotel is because I don't want everyone to find it and prices skyrocket! It is a super nice hotel, and nightly price is 1/4 of the price you'd find for this level hotel in San Fran. Super nice, clean inside. Pool. Restaurant options. Free cookies and water bottles at check-in. Friendly staff. Large room, Great views! We were blown away that this hotel was as nice as it was for the price.

I reserved thru 3rd party for 8/1/25-8/3/25 Paid thru Vio.com when I arrived was told they didn’t see a payment on there end but said it would $620 which 200 was deposit I told them that I already paid showed them my reservation and they didn’t even try to look it up they said get a hold of Vio.com because your not in our system. So the lady could care less. I got of hold of Vio.com a joke of a third party by the way will never use them again, and after messaging back and forth with 4 different agents I got an email saying that the booking agency canceled y reservation and that they will refund me my $242 I already paid. So when I checked out Sunday I was encountered by the same useless lady and when I asked for a manager she said( there’s nothing he can do). She got her manager(Steve Foster) he was very polite and helpful said he would take care of it so we left thinking this exact thing. 2 days later after reaching out by email he says that he’s waiting on Vio to respond . So I gave a it another couple of days and reached back out to him when my credit card got charged $530.33 for a 2 night stay. NO RESPONSE. So I reached out again asking for an invoice of my charges and 24 hours later still nothing. I would not recommend you stay here

I went to this hotel in June of 2025, It was an incredibly amazing breakfast and a very nice pool with a hot tub I enjoyed it very much plus the gym with all the very nice people I met I will definitely come to this hotel in the future because of this incredible stay I still need to get my money that I got charged but otherwise I love this place!

The bad: There was no microwave, no fridge, which should be at minimum a basic amenity. Customer service was disappointing. Not friendly, not welcoming, no eye contact, no clear communication on information we would need for parking close to our room, no guidance on where our room was located. Room is very outdated and not properly cleaned (there was a fake nail and hair on our rooms bathroom floor). The complimentary toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash) were all near to completely empty. The Ice Machine on our floor didn't work and we had to take an elevator to another floor to find a machine that had ice in it. TV's are very outdated- no smart TV capabilities such as YouTube or Netflix to login to. Not even a basic "guide" for available channels was available (not on paper nor did the guide button on the remote control work). No Complementary Breakfast. The good: the outdoor pool was clean, warm (which was a huge plus) and the jacuzzi was the perfect temperature of hot. Pool towels were constantly located at the pool. Lobby has a nice open setting and looks nice when you first walk in. Drinks at the bar were okay, not great but okay. Location seems to be convenient for those needing to be close to the airport (and thankfully we never heard airplanes flying overhead). All and all, if you're just needing somewhere to sleep for the night, then this may work for you. But for us having a family, it didn't serve our needs. We truthfully had higher expectations for a Hilton Hotel and its standards.
