the quality of service has been lost in this country, before traveling was pleasant but my trip became a nightmare after coming to this hotel with my two children, it all started when a tall white guy served me, if I remember correctly his name is Paul or Pool, he is very despotic. I heard him yell at other guests for bringing a service dog. and then he proceeded to treat me badly because I told him that the room smelled a little strong of humidity and my two children and I couldn't sleep. I don't know if this man is the owner or a partner of this place because coming to more reviews I realized that I am not the only one to complain and he is still here serving. I do not recommend this hotel, it is ugly, old and has terrible attention. I don't know how it is still open.

We picked this place as a easy overnight before our Disney adventure begins. We arrived around midnight in the middle of the week quite tired from a long drive. The hotel policies were absolutely inflexible and over the top. Only matched, perhaps even exceeded by the snarky desk clerk. The hotel room itself had bugs, furniture, too large for the room and an uncomfortable mattress. Other than that, the place was fantastic. The cherry on the top was when the manager called the next day to address my concerns about the check in the night before. I was initially surprised that the place would go that extra step until it became apparent that the manager was simply calling to continue the argument. This place is truly the bottom of the barrel.

The room was small, but fine for 2 people. The room was very clean (My wife is a clean nut and pulled back all the sheets, looked in every corner, checked the bathroom, etc. It passed her test. Nicely located near Disney, I4 and the tollway. Night manager was helpful and fine. Because of the size of the room and that the bathroom, while clean, has not been updated for many years I would give them a 4 if more expensive.
