"Perfect location for Disney & more"

What worked well for us was the perfect location - especially without a car. They offer a Shuttle service to the parks which can be handy. It's close enough to catch an Uber for around $12 to Disney or you can catch a Lynx bus on the main road too for just $2 each. Shuttle times often changed so don't always trust what your leaflet says or the board outside or even the staff for that matter - defo use the QR code when booking - got caught out quite a few times with this. This hotel was the last pick up for Disney so often arrived late but it did then go straight to the park so not all bad. The Lynx bus was very much needed during a storm at Disney when all taxi's wanted in excess of $50 to get back😮 It was good to have different options. The location in Kissimmee missed all the traffic jams on the I-4 highway too - another reason for choosing this location. Some nearby shops & restaurants were walkable or you can catch the Lynx bus for more choice. The Hotel itself was great, Reception area stunning, lovely and cool and smelled divine❤️ Some staff were helpful, others not so but that didn't spoil it for us. Cawayne was very friendly and chatty and made us feel like an important guest - probably the only person who did tbh! The other buildings were a bit old & dated with a musty smell but the rooms were fine, clean, comfortable with good air-con (albeit a tad noisey at times). The pool area was lovely, just not enough beds when the weather was nice and sadly people didn't remove their used towels so there may have been more available to use. I didn't purchase any food or many drinks as personally found them expensive once you added a service charge and tax, and possibly even a tip so can't really comment but you could get something easily. All in all I would definitely return again and recommend to others.

Last week I traveled to Orlando for work and my second time staying at the Delta Hotels Orlando Celebration. I absolutely love this hotel. It has a resort vibe but won't break your bank. The staff are extremely friendly. Cory at the front desk was so helpful with helping me find an important package my job shipped to the hotel. The food is really good; I stayed in at the bar instead of eating out. Juan and Destine at the bar are both very engaging and fun to talk to! I look forward to staying there again next time I am in Orlando :)

My husband and I spent one night here whilst on a driving trip through Florida. Check in with Poloko, one of the Managers, went very smoothly. We received a map to direct us to our building and parking area. This is a huge resort with a number of different buildings surrounding common spaces with swimming pools and hot tubs. Tip: arrive before dark for an easier time finding your way around the property. Our room was clean and modern. Our bed was comfortable and the refrigerator was 2x as big as expected for a hotel. No microwave. I was not able to take a shower because the water was either too hot or scalding. Could never adjust the temperature to a safe, comfortable level. I told the lady at checkout so they can address this situation for the next guest. The view outside our window (building 6, room 6711) was absolutely paradise! We enjoyed the snacks in The Pantry, but decided to accept the bonus points as apposed to breakfast which is a buffet. This hotel is great for families with children who do not mind crowds, lots of noise, and waiting in line for everything. As a retired couple in our 70’s who enjoys low key stays with lots of peace and quiet, this just wasn’t for us.

I'm rating this a 2/5 because the stay wasn't terrible, but the support from this hotel is what makes this experience terrible, especially as a titanium elite member. DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING AT THIS PROPERTY As a titanium elite status, they have a pantry area where snacks and drinks were available to get at any time which was nice. Corey from front desk was very kind to us and very welcoming. The huge issue we are having is being overcharge. I've been trying to resolve this issue with the hotel and it's been two months and the issue still hasn't been resolved. My first call the front desk told me that the charge should change once accounting completes their end. That did not happen. I called a second time, explained my issue again, was placed on hold and I waited for 15 minutes and they kept picking up the call and putting it on hold, and never came back to me. That's just inconsiderate. The third time, I requested to speak to a manager right away because this was already ridiculous to have to keep calling this property over and over to get help. I was able to talk to a manager and get some support from Yamaira and was told on their end the amount charge to me is what's on the invoice but I already explained and sent an email showing proof I was overcharged by their property. Once I sent further questions, I never received a response. I even followed up and still have not received a response. As a customer overall, this is bad customer service especially since its not in our control to enter the amount charged to our credit card, that's the hotel. As a titanium elite status member this has been one the worst experiences. There has been no further level of support to get this issue resolved. We will not be returning to this property again. There are other Marriott properties around the Disney area that have better service, newer rooms, and some don't charge a resort fee or have better benefits to their fees. This has been the worst hotel for customer care.

I was here while doing local photography. I tried to grab a sandwich to go and they only offered ham & cheese. In the evening, the Point restaurant was slow, so I went to the cafe in the lobby... this cafe had a very limited menu, most of which was not very healthy. I just crave more nutritious meals. No breakfast included. It would be expensive for a family to eat here. The room was ok. The sink had many cracks in it. The room had very few plugs. The tub/shower was very small in width; it's difficult to imagine how a large man could shower. There was a large refrigerator in the room.
