The hotel was under construction. The floor was dirty and the bathroom door was broken. The pool area was dirty and I couldn't let my son swim. They also charged me $80 for a resort fee which they never disclosed when I made the arrangements.

"Not satisfied!!!"
July 2018
My husband and I recently stayed at this hotel, I would give it a zero if I could. The website pictures are deceiving. The hotel seriously needs updating, the paint on the walls are chipped including the bathtub tile, the shower head was filthy with scum. The springs on the bed were very noisy, considering I am a petite person, 115lbs. The room walls are VERY thin, you can hear everything going on in the hall. We had NO WIFI for our entire lengthy stay. The receptionist said that due to so many people trying to log on it won’t work? Interesting enough we had WiFi at Disney and Universal which the volume of people are much more higher than the hotel. One of the beds in the room had dirty sheets on them with a noticeable stain on it. The bathtub was also dirty. I wouldn’t call this a resort hotel, I don’t like that they charged a daily resort fee, not worth it. I would not recommend this hotel to anybody.

"Just satisfactory"

There were some stuff that didn't correctly the entire 4 nights we stayed. The shower was broken and the WiFi connection was terrible. Other than that though, nice folks and they tried to change rooms for me but they were not what I wanted.

We stayed there for a grand total of 7 hours. Stayed there after a late arrival and while we were waiting for another place to open up. It was enough. Took us 15 minutes to find the entrance. Construction is currently going on there. New entrance is not labeled very well. As soon as you walk into the place, it was a smell. I can't describe it. The pool was dirty although I did see someone tending to it in the morning. The kicker is this. We checked in and checked out on Thursday, March 5th. I booked it through Priceline. The hotel charged me an additional $38 for "resort fee" and taxes. Then, I see on my credit card, the hotel is charging me over $100 on March 10, 11, 12. I have been checked out since the 5th. The charges are in pending status so my credit card company can't do anything until the charges go through. What kind of sheeny outfit is this place ? I think they're doing some type of fee racket where they're making money off of me by hanging those charges out there. They also have a "timeshare" business located in the hotel. Believe me, STAY AWAY from this place. It's not worth it. I tried changing my reservations before we arrived, but it would have cost me more to cancel than the one night stay. I knew something was fishy then. STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE. There's lots of other places close by.

Arrived after a long day at Disney parks and had a hard time finding the reception desk- not clearly marked at all. The checkin clerk was pleasant enough but I needed to go back out to the parking lot to leave a parking permit on my dash. Not in the mood for that. I had to stop by their makeshift bar to grab a snack and there was no one manning the bar. I waited five minutes, was told by another guest that she ran to her car so I waited a couple more. Never saw her. The rooms seemed nice enough but the beds were clunky noisy as if the springs we’re going to pop. The room above me had a child running back and forth for at least half an hour but I decided to not complain because I would be asleep soon enough. Slept ok, not great. In the morning, my child was still sleeping so I ran down for the continental breakfast to bring up for her when she got up. Very weak breakfast and then was told I couldn’t bring the food up to my room because “ they don’t want dishes in the rooms”. I’ve never heard of such a thing in all my years of travel. When I explained I had a child who needed breakfast upstairs, she shrugged her shoulders. So I made her toast and carried it up in a napkin. With all the choices in Orlando to stay in, this hotel needs to get their stuff together if they expect people to stay here. I will be going elsewhere next time.

Extremely Dissatisfied. 2 separate authorizations were placed on my credit card for $200 each($400) was given a weird bill even the front desk didn't know why. There was no sign anywhere off the Road that says Days Inn. drove in circles. Very very hard to find. Parked, walked in a guy was sitting at a very small table. didn't know he wasn't the front desk till after he took my Drivers license (Timeshare sales) The place is under construction. my car was toilet papered with caution tape the next morning. I have photos. Breakfast was not like any of the other Days inn. this place only had 2 kinds of cold cereal and a bowl of milk, a few muffins. You really shouldn't even call that a wyndham Breakfast .Staff was friendly.
