"Way overpriced. Price is too high, service and amenities subpar. I’ll Airbnb next time or go to a different hotel."

For a hotel that cost nearly $200 a night, I expect much much better accommodations than this. When I first arrived, there was not only no toilet paper holder, but also no toilet paper, which, of course is not something you think to look for, and therefore don’t realize until you’ve already used the bathroom. smh In addition to this, there was no body wash in the dispenser in the shower, no microwave provided, and the coffee provided was subpar at best. The hotel does not offer room service, nor will they let you order food to be delivered to your room— you have to go downstairs and meet the delivery person outside or in the lobby. It has a pool, but the pool is tiny. It’s not a terrible hotel, the room was clean, all of my needs were provided for (they eventually brought me toilet paper and soap), and it is conveniently located downtown and only 10 to 15 minute walk from the convention center. But for the price I paid, it’s a terrible value and I will never stay here again. Oh, and parking is $20 per day on top of what you’ve already paid. Parking cost just about everywhere downtown, so that’s not abnormal, but it was an insult to injury after all the other issues.

Room was dirty, big hairball in the bed, gross! There was no coffee in the room because the thimble maker did not work. No place to get coffee until 6:30, have to be where I’m going at 7. Pool had rap music booming loud late at night. Vagrants all around hotel. Horrible front desk attitude, called for different coffee maker - attitude, went to front desk - attitude. Do yourself a favor try skip it! I’ve been IHG for 10 years- by far worst crown plaza ever!!!!

"Ok but tired."

Spacious room. Hotel was tired and in need of renovation. Service was variable. Breakfast was good. The lifts were concerning - very rattly and we got stuck in them - very scary. We are aware of another couple on our tour who also got stuck in the lift. Room cleaning was not good on the 2nd last day - no vacuuming and 1 bin not emptied. One day they only supplied 1 towel set when we needed 2. We reported it twice but no extra towels were supplied. The use of the computer was free - greatly appreciated. The printer was not working but the reception staff printed documents for us. On the day we arrived there was painting going on on our floor including our door and we got paint on us. They did give us some free lunch because of it. Overall ok but in need of renovation and an improvement in service and the ability to say sorry when things have not been as expected.

Nice hotel with a city view. My stay was 10 stars thanks to Terri and Jay. Upon checking in I made an early arrival before 3 and my room was not ready. (Understandable) I decided to wait in the lobby. I was granted a complimentary early check in and my room was the best. Comfy bed, clean, with a city view. At check out I was greeted by Jay. He asked me about my experience ( which hotels never care about). Very pleased for a $69 rate Nice and Friendly hotel . I’m coming back in July with friends.

"Terrible , what happened to giving customers a good experience??"

When I enter the room after checking in , No toilet paper , no bath soap in the room. I called front desk , said come down and pick it up. We won’t have anyone to come to your room to drop till next day when housekeeping returns. I am staying at the property for one night , leaving early next morning. Never again. Told the front guy , he said ok, if you still want those items , come down and pick it up 😂
