"Best front desk service!"

Me and hubby stayed here for a few days in April 2026. Hotel was adequate. Really convenient to a lot of attractions. What made it the best was the staff. Front desk guys were the absolute best. So fun and friendly. Shout out to you guys!! Thank you from the Sheas!

"2 Stars Review"

We decided to stay here for the NBA game, March 23, 2026. Never again. It was hot, we set the a/c to 67 degrees and never got cool. Terrible. When we arrived there was no toilet paper or Kleenex. I reached out to the front desk and had one roll delivered, said he’d be back with more and Kleenex, never came back up. The location is great but there’s plenty other hotels to better enjoy our stay.

"Desperate and disgusted"

This place has really gone down the drain. They must be really desperate to have a little girl working at the desk she had to be about 10 years old and also a criminal. There is a lady working at the desk with an ankle monitor on why would we trust someone with an ankle monitor on with our card information when she could have went to jail for that kind of issue. The room had a lot of issues as far as the tub not draining the a/c either works or doesn’t. The smallest bathroom in the world definitely needs repairs and upgrades. I would never stay here agin even if it’s the only hotel open it’s trash. IHG shouldn’t even want their name associated with this place.

Enjoyed my night here. I'm a regular due to the price. Hotel provides great value and I wanted to leave a review to shout out the Cambodian kid working the desk. He was very welcoming and treated me like a high value guest. Out of all the nights I've stayed here in the past this was the first time I was actually greeted at the door and didn't have to wait at the front for someone to come out of the office. I did run into ac problem and he was able to get that fixed right away and the best part was the follow up to reassure it was fixed. Great service!
