"Great location, expensive for what it offers and lacks"

I hate to be a review writer....., I use marriot more often than some. I enjoy the location of this hotel, but ive ran into several inconveniences in my last couple stays, and to the latest I was charged twice for the incidental, and I am a person on a very tight budget. I was apologized to and told it should be refunded in 24hrs. This along with 3 other incidences I just dont feel like typing out is very frustrating, and I get things happen mistakes can be made, but it is more about the point of hospitality, for the price of this hotel, the condition and lack of sincere hospitality, im sorry to say it is not equivalent. Maybe they should bring the rates down to a 2 star hotel and not a 4 star downtown Hotel it appears to be.

A really comfortable one night stay for a business event held right around the corner. Great downtown location really worked well for me; very convenient. Support staff was excellent; very pleasant and professional. Angel (maintenance) and Lebryan & Joel (valet) were especially helpful.

Vincent was a great valet. Hotel was nice. During my recent stay at a Courtyard hotel, I had a genuinely positive experience that stood out to me. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with a warm greeting and an easy check-in process. The lobby was clean, modern, and inviting, creating a relaxing first impression. My room was spacious, well-kept, and thoughtfully designed with comfortable bedding that made it easy to unwind after a long day.

"Exceptional Valet"

Check in was nice and simple but the valet was what I would call 5-star customer service. Nico and Labryan were incredibly friendly and professional from the time I entered to check in to when I arranged for the valet services. I explained how nervous I was with the next year of my son’s life (college move-in) in this car. They put me at ease and made me feel valued. I also work in customer service so tend to be a little more expectant of above standards and critical and they both provided an exceptional customer service experience. Thank you Nico and Labryan!
