We recently hosted a dinner program in the property’s private room and had an outstanding experience. Zerica, the Director of Events, was excellent to work with from start to finish. Jorge was our point of contact during the dinner and was equally exceptional. I would highly recommend hosting meetings or events at this property. As a final note, this was a last-minute event scheduled during the busy holiday season, and everything came together perfectly. Thank you. —Peter

Great hotel. Location is ideal. Quiet workspaces and a convenient Bistro with good food in the morning, and at dinner. Key at this location is the staff. They are Ritz-Carlton-level attentive, but at a Courtyard! They were on top of everything for us.

Stayed here for just one night of a business trip. Convenient parking and super nice valet guys were helpful even for self parking. Unique setup for this seemingly small hotel with only one elevator, but gorgeous renovated and clean rooms. I loved having the little balcony and sliding door to enjoy the breeze. Doors are very effective at blocking out the street noise. It was also quiet within the hotel itself. Shower had great water pressure and bed was comfortable. What more could you want? Will definitely stay here again.

Throughout our stay, every employee we interacted with was cheerful, friendly and helpful. Specifically, Ray, the valet manager, went above and beyond to assist us with the parking situation, handling everything with professionalism and warmth. It's rare to see such genuine and proactive customer service nowadays, so we left with a great impression. We will definitely be back!
