Throughout our stay, every employee we interacted with was cheerful, friendly and helpful. Specifically, Ray, the valet manager, went above and beyond to assist us with the parking situation, handling everything with professionalism and warmth. It's rare to see such genuine and proactive customer service nowadays, so we left with a great impression. We will definitely be back!

I spend a lot of time in LA and almost always stay at the Courtyard Los Angeles Century City/Beverly Hills, it’s one of the most convenient hotes. The location is unbeatable—close to the 10 and 405 freeways, minutes from Westfield Century City Mall, and surrounded by many restaurants within a short drive. The hotel is well maintained, with clean, comfortable rooms, every time, what truly sets this property apart is the exceptional staff. Mauricio, Diego, Brandon, and the entire team consistently go above and beyond to make guests feel welcome, thanks team! Their genuine hospitality keeps me coming back. Highly recommended for anyone visiting.

We have been staying at this Courtyard for years when in town. Have always enjoyed our stay. The staff is very helpful and kind. The parking attendants (Timmy, Luis, Felipe, Arthur) and the others are very kind and helpful. Mauricio Joya the general manager is excellent, he always goes above and beyond to help you. Would highly recommend this hotel.

We had such an amazing experience at this hotel during a very stressful time. We were in Los Angeles so my husband could have surgery at Cedars-Sinai, and I had a lot of questions about our room, the reservation, and the area. I also needed to make changes to accommodate visiting family. Brandon at the front desk went above and beyond to help me navigate it all. He was so incredibly kind, patient, and reassuring—exactly what I needed on a day when nothing else felt easy. I started our call so choked up with stress I could barely speak, but by the end Brandon had me smiling in gratitude. His professionalism and warmth made all the difference, and I can’t thank him enough for helping me feel taken care of when I needed it most.
