We spent only one night at the property as we didn't feel like getting back on the freeway to go home. Despite its location on busy Olympic Blvd., our room in the back of the hotel (room 210) was completely quiet, and actually had a view of a lovely courtyard. The bed and linens were comfortable and the air conditioner wasn't the really noisy kind. My only minor quibble is with the design of the shower, which you have to be standing in to turn on the water (First World problem). The staff, from the valets to the front desk to the engineer who fixed our key app, were all helpful and friendly. The location is just south of Century City mall with its cornucopia of shops and restaurants, including Eataly, and only a short drive to UCLA. Final plus: the hotel isn't ridiculously expensive compared to other places in the area; parking is $35/night, which is pretty standard. We'd stay again.

I was checking in for a 4 day stay for a work trip. When i got there everybody was smiling and super super helpful. I did have to check in very late due to getting off pretty late at my job. The staff was very understanding and still got me checked in under 5 minutes. one of the best experiences ive had at a hotel. I was able to speak with Roger for a quick moment and you can tell he is such a hospital and compassionate man. He shared to me where to find things around the hotel and welcomed me back if i ever wanted to stay there again. i also met the night working valet person. I regret not remebering his name but i believe it was because he was so nice and very welcoming i wasn't paying attention to a name tag. If they had the option to tip employees over the phone i 100% would've. I wish i could but i got off work really late. All of the staff was very attentive and friendly. Basically just a big shout out to roger and the night velet team, they deserve a raise for sure; as well as everyone else on staff. They are all going above and beyond!!

Me and my family really enjoyed staying at this hotel, the hotel was so clean, everything was neatly prepared, the people that work here are so easy to talk to. Me and my family also enjoyed eating at the restaurant the food was delicious. Definitely will stay here again in the future.
