"Valet _ Top Notch"

Valet manager Kaleb and attendant Alec were first class. Alec greeted me immediately upon arrival and walked me through the process. Outstanding first impression. Later I noticed we forgot something in my car. Manager Kaleb went above and beyond to walk me to my car. Keep it up.

Everything from the valet, front desk, and bistro staff were friendly, personable, polite, and helpful. Will 100% be staying here for future visits to the Cincinnati area. The location is perfect too and the front desk staff had excellent restaurant recommendations that were all walkable. Special thanks to Ashley for a wonderful breakfast, coffee, a bright smile, and good laugh in the morning and also Kaeleb for helping with my bags and being so quick with getting my car and getting me on the road this morning.

I cannot remember the last time I had this great of Customer service during a hotel stay. Katasha was truly amazing and so accommodating throughout my stay. She went above and beyond to assist me and ensure I had everything I needed. I will come back to stay here next time I am In town because of her! Valet Geno was also great Cute rooms

We had such a lovely stay! Everyone we interacted with was incredibly friendly and helpful. We got great suggestions for things to check out in the area, and we felt very welcomed and taken care of. Jude and Jason from the valet service were great!
