CURRENTLY BEING RENOVATED. It is probably a fine hotel when it is not being renovated, but in its current state, it is a dumpster fire. We weren't even sure t was open when we pulled up. There was caution tape all around the front door with the pull through roof ripped off, construction dumpsters and piles of trash all over the parking lot, every exterior door propped open and various construction materials scattered near every door. The entire exterior seating area is ripped up and out away, the lobby was actively being painted and redone with 3/4 of it off limits and loud music blaring throughout. The entire first floor was being worked on, even the bathroom was a mess and eventually even closed for more renovations. In the evening, what parts of the lobby were not completely in shambles and/or blocked by caution tape were occupied by the renovation crew. A very active construction site and a big mess right now. Definitely not worth the full price they are charging for 1/4 the experience. Renovations ought to be disclosed and rates discounted. I would call and check before booking. If it is finished, probably a lovely hotel worth a visit. If not, STAY AWAY!

Unknown to us at time of booking, the hotel is under construction/remodeling. The description said it was a new hotel. Clearly not. Have you ever had to live in construction mess in your home? That’s what this was. Rooms should be discounted during a time like this. St a minimum we should have been notified about it when we booked.

We booked a stay for 2 nights to visit Antelope canyon. Good location and clean hotel, despite the ongoing renovation works. Good beds and free normal american breakfast. Very silent during the night. Negative: - no housekeeping service after the first night, so we needed to go to the front desk for extra shampoo/soap. At least the garbage bins should be emptied daily! - front desk not always manned. - very weak WIFI internet. - small breakfast location for the number of guests.

Shoddy. maintenance. Construction hazards everywhere. Worst physical condition of any hotel we’ve stayed at in years … and we travel 120 days a year. The place is under construction and hazards are everywhere, even in public areas around the main front, side and rear entrances. Piles of debris. Dirt. Trip hazards. One corridor hastily closed off with barricades and sheeting as if there was a massive rook leak or something. Exposed wiring. Construction supplies stacked in the lobby restaurant. Inside the rooms, the maintenance is really shoddy. Water damaged ceiling. Over sprayed paint. Damaged surfaces. Tape where there shouldn’t be any. Caulk where it shouldn’t be. Heck, they couldn’t even mount the room numbers evenly on the doors. Just shoddy everywhere.
