"A stay second to none every time"

The staff, facilities and level of service are second to none. Every time I have stayed here I have been inpressed and stay enjoyable, relaxing. Even after a lightnning strike damaged their systems the team worked tirelessly to meet needs of the guests.

"Decent stay in Spring, TX"

Stay in room 108. Easy check-in with very nice lady at desk. Nice size suite. Bathroom sink is a bowl on the counter...not the most conducive to short people (I'm 4'11"). Very comfortable bed and sheets had a nice feel to them. Decent towels. Clean breakfast room and good buffet...eggs, sausages (not greasy) and all the usuals. Nice that a rubber bathtub mat was provided as tubs can be so slippery. Cons: toilet seat lid had a loud squeak when raising and lowering, mould? on curtains, stain in bathtub, crack in drywall, dried drips on AC, water damage repair in bathroom, hole in drywall. Needs some attention but would book again. Had 15 photos but they would not upload.

We reserved an accessible room. The room was clean, though it was at the end of a long hallway, and was facing Louetta Road which becomes very noisy. Breakfast had a decent selection of hot items.

We actually stayed in two rooms total of 7 nights (went to Dallas for a night in between) while in town visiting family for the holiday. Both rooms we had were good. Had no issues with anything. Cleanliness was good as was the comfort. The room had a separate seating with mini fridge and microwave. Only minor downfall was the tv was in the bed area and couldn’t see it that well from the couch but we weren’t there much anyway so no big deal. Breakfast was good but after so many nights in a hotel you’re ready for change. Had scrambled eggs, biscuits, two flavors of waffles (regular and we saw strawberry/banana nut while there), three cereals, toast/bagels, chocolate muffins, fruit, yogurt, packaged oatmeal, and meat (rotated between sausage links, patties, gravy and biscuits). Plenary of restaurants and stores nearby. It was in a great location. Also had a water park close by but of course wasn’t open this time of year. It was changed into a drive through Christmas light park but we didn’t get a chance to do that. While it wasn’t a five star hotel, we surely enjoyed our stay and it was more than worth the price we paid (I think it averaged to about $80/night). We will surely stay here again if we are in the area and would recommend it.

"ANTS in the BEDS! WOKE Covered in BITES!"

DO NOT STAY HERE! We woke up early with ANTS ALL OVER US IN BOTH QUEEN BEDS! HORRIFYING! Ants all over side table all over phone, crawling everywhere! Called front desk staff to room to see and witness. I have yet to see a refund or credit or return call from Management. After several attempts finnally Next day was told Cooperate would only refund 1/2 of that nights stay.
