The carpeting in the room and in the hallways were filthy. It looks like they were never cleaned. They need to be replaced. The air conditioner didn't work. And when we asked for a room change or refund, they refused.

Smelled of weed throughout the property. Elevator stuck while we were on it, dirty and grimy common areas, not able to provide handicap room without proof of handicap (I.e. parking placard or “certificate”- not sure why). The room itself was clean enough to keep shoes on except when in bed and shower. Beds were clean and comfortable- with plenty of pillows and clean linens. Shower head was great and had plenty of shower products.
