"Decent place"

Great location right near interstate . Very quiet except for a nice buffet breakfast in the morning when everyone is out. Service as far as room, we didnt get as much as I would have liked. Was too cold to swim but pool looks nice. Room smelled a little of cigarettes. Overall its a decent place for a place to rest.

Comfort Inn was fair and for the price also fair. If I am being critical the air conditioning unit should be cleaned better specially the filter and the units vents themselves. Other than that, it was quiet, good shower, good parking and a decent breakfast.

Customer Service 10 of 10 Was greeted warmly by Alecia and recognized as a Choice preferred customer and was offered a complimentary upgrade. All staff encountered were friendly and personable. BreaKfast offerings were tasty hot and plentiful. Buffet staff kept it clean and well stocked. Was even greeted at 9:15 by breakfast staff to see if there was anything else we desired. The property itself needs some TLC and replacement of room accessories ie lampshades fresh paint… the excellent staff overshadows any shortcomings.

Customer service staff was excellent. My room was wonderful. My bed was very comfortable. Everything in the room was working properly. There was a chair in my room that when I sat down the back of the chair lean back too far. I felt as if I was falling. The cleaning crew was very helpful as well. I will be a repeat customer, at least once or twice a month. Thank you! ☺️

I honestly booked my hotel last minute. It turned out awesome. I was registered in into my room in under 5 mins. Had one issue during middle of the night due to guests next door, called one issue resolved again under 5 mins. Kudos to the staff. The cleaning ladies were just so sweet too.
