Club Quarters Hotel White House in Washington DC

Fantastic location. Very clean hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We liked the location as we were able to easily walk to Metro (next door), Big Bus Route. Two blocks from the White House. We loved the living room where we could sit and with a tea/coffee and relax. Many were also using the area for working. On the first night we found the Bottom Line Bar - 50m away. Great food and atmosphere.

I have been to the CQ in DC many times before for an annual convention I attended in the city every year. And even though I am grateful for any room given, Missy upgraded me to a beautiful and spacious suite for the duration of my weekend. She was very helpful, courteous, and a great joy to talk to.

No parking on site. Have to park at a nearby lot and can’t move car after 10pm. No restaurant on site. No fridge or microwave. Staff was not very helpful (at least not to me — but maybe because I didn’t look like their normal capitol hill clientele). Tiny lobby. Super small room.

A quaint and adorable place with good quality staff!

The location of this Club Quarters hotel in Washington DC is superb! Just 500m from the White House and with a Metro and bus hub next door so there is easy, and cheap, transport to all areas of the city. The entrance and reception appears a little 'tired' but the staff were friendly and helpful and our room and bathroom were immaculately clean. Within walking distance were a selection of restaurants and two atmospheric bars which were perfect for relaxing after a long day of being a tourist. It was not a cheap hotel but the location was well worth the extra cost as we could make the most of our week visiting the sights, the monuments and the museums. The hotel is situated in a business area so night-time noise levels are low and we were not disturbed in the least. The hotel has not had a restaurant since Covid but ice and snacks are available and there is a bottle shop close by.
