Rosen Inn Lake Buena Vista is located less than two miles from Walt Disney World and offers scheduled shuttle service to Disney World, Universal Resort Orlando, and SeaWorld at no extra cost. On select days of the week, a scheduled shuttle service also picks up and drops off guests to and from Lake Buena Vista Factory Stores. The hotel is a Walt Disney World Good Neighbor Hotel offering easy access to Disney Springs, Orlando Premium Outlets, and many restaurants nearby.

The 640 non-smoking guest rooms at Rosen Inn Lake Buena Vista have been beautifully renovated under a multi-million dollar upgrade. All Semi-Suite® guest rooms feature two double Simmons Beautyrest® Pillow Top beds or one king bed, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, iron and board, hair dryer, and an electronic safe large enough to accommodate a laptop computer. The property also provides free WiFi and cable television with pay-per view in-room movies.

Be sure to visit the brand new children's splash park (Ozzie's Splash Zone), two large swimming pools, video arcade, children's playground, and our many dining options - Boardwalk Buffet Restaurant, Comfort Zone Bar & Grille, and Lite Bite Mini-Market/Deli. The Boardwalk Buffet Restaurant provides buffet-style dining and hosts a Kids Eat Free Program for children under 5 years of age.

Pet Policy: A maximum of 2 dogs per room is allowed and must have current vaccinations with proof available upon request. Guestroom accounts are charged a nonrefundable fee of $15, plus tax, per dog, per guestroom, and per night. Service animals excluded. If paying cash, a $50 deposit, plus tax, is required. The cash deposit is refundable after our staff has inspected the guestroom.

"Weekend away"

Very nice location, big room and very clean, small beds in 1000 bldg on 4th floor. Nice grounds they have security at front gate and around the property. Nice restaurant on grounds with reasonable prices and a nice little store for last minute snacks and things.

Had a very enjoyable 2 week break. Fabulous hotel. Friendly staff from reception to security. Big shout out to the Fabulous duo Shannon and Jill who are just the loveliest folks you could ever meet. So happy and smiling at breakfast. The room we had was very clean and comfortable. Great location for disney with plenty of food outlets to choose from. The food in the hotel was good with no complaints what so ever and I'm a fussy eater. Can't wait to come back

I’ve been coming here for 26 years - first trip with my family when I was 4 years old! My grandparents were coming for a few years before that too. We’ve always loved it. The location is absolutely amazing for the price. Very convenient for Ubers to Disney, and as well as the Boardwalk Restaurant (where we had breakfast most mornings), you’re also near tonnes of Restaurants - Chili’s, Ale House, IHOP, Olive Garden etc. The staff were all super friendly. A special shout-out to Jill who we have known for many years now, who is so friendly and a very attentive server. Rooms cleaned every day, and very comfy beds. I was honoured to bring my wife here for the first time too. Can’t wait to return!

"Would Not Return"

This hotel offers some good and some bad, but ultimately we would not return. The good: The location of the hotel is good, we didn’t rent a car and decided against the free shuttle bus. Using Ubers from the hotel was not expensive and we would be at our park of choice within a short period of time. The hotel shop is very convenient and offers a wide range of items. We used it daily to purchase drinks and breakfast for our room. The Bar has a limited food menu, but what we had was good value for money and very nice. The bad: The rooms we had were extremely dated and we never had a single good nights sleep. The beds are extremely soft, as are the pillows, it was difficult to get comfortable. We found bugs in are room on a daily basis, mainly in the bathroom but would see them on the bed side table. The safety deposit box in our room did not work upon arrival and it took us several days to get sorted. This may not be important to some people but we like to keep things such as our passports and money in there. It was finally sorted at 11pm at night when we should have been resting. Simply not good enough. Finally, the staff were not very enthusiastic at all. We visit the US regularly and always receive a warm welcome, feeling valued as guests. We never got this here. Again this may not worry some people and I understand that, but for us it’s the small details.

"STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL!!"

STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL!! This hotel is NOT clean and has ants/bugs in multiple rooms. Woke up first morning to a bug crawling across counter. Then that evening when we returned from the park there were ants on the desk/counter top. Moved to another room that we NOT clean and had sticky stuff on the desk. were moved to another room which too was dirty. The next evening moved to another room and it had ants on the desk area and a bug on each bed. Finally moved to the last room and all seemed good until waking up the next morning to find bugs in the sink. If I could give a -10 star I would. I did speak to a manager but they would not give a full refund. There were also ants in the rooms of the ones we were traveling with. After reading some of the other comments it seems there have been ants before. This is a real issue.
