The room was nice but outdated and had stains on the carpet. Staff was friendly. However, there were several bugs in the room, including a jumping fly on the bed 😳. After returning to our room around 2:00 a.m. following a Magic Kingdom after-hours event, security began banging on our door at 6:00 a.m., yelling for us to unlock it. As two women, being woken up in the dark by a man pounding on the door was very alarming. We did not unlock the door and he did not answer us when we yelled back asking what his purpose was. After several minutes he finally gave up and left. We checked with the front desk at checkout, and they had no explanation for why this occurred. Aside from this experience, the proximity to the parks was very convenient, and both check-in and check-out were quick and smooth. I would however look elsewhere for my next stay. There is a $10 per night parking fee and a $50 room deposit.

The room was fine. My difficulty with my stay was that it is located right next to Kitty O’Sheas and Irish pub that has outdoor Karaoke until 2 in the morning. When I say loud I mean loud! Couldn’t get to sleep till the bar closed. When I called the desk the next morning to ask for a late check out they charged us a $50 fee. If you are a heavy sleeper it’s fine. If not, or you have small children I wouldn’t recommend it at all.

We have just got back from an amazing holiday at Rosen Inn. Yes the rooms are basic and outdated but they are clear with nice white fluffy towels. We used the shuttle buses and found these great. They were always on time and met our needs. The staff were so friendly and the food was really nice especially for the price. We loved the burgers and chicken sandwich. Luisa in the bar was really friendly. There were plenty of nice places to eat with a 5 minute walk. The pool area was nice and clean and the pool was heated. Everything for us was spot on

We have been staying here for 10+ years and yes it’s not a 5 star hotel but you’re not paying the price for it either! The wi-fi is good, the room clean, beds are comfy and sheets clean. The pool is great with ample clean towels. The breakfast buffet is great for the price and I must say JILL OSBORNE is an absolute delightful lady with a smile every day and nothing is too much for her!! For what you pay this place is centralised to everywhere and for a great price!! We always return. See you all next year!! James
