"Good service and location"

Herb and Kathy at the front desk were so nice and friendly. Made us feel like we were home. The maids were super and helpful. The furnishing was a little dated but was large and comfortable. They had everything we needed. The pool was bright and clean with extra large towels to dry yourself off. The lounge was comfortable but food was under whelming. Appreciated the room discounted happy hour. The restaurant on 18th floor was pleasant and a great view. The food was good but not spectacular

"Great location and service"

We are glad we found this place. It is in a great downtown location, within walking distance of many tourist sites, restaurants, etc. The front desk staff were nice and helpful. The traditional king room is on the small side, but everything was very clean and comfortable. There is a small fitness center and pool. My only complaint was noise; we heard our neighbors' running water at all hours.

The bellman / valets were exceptionally helpful and attentive. Very comfortable beds. Easy access to parkade for in and out trips. And you can't beat Vista 18 restaurant for delicious food and an amazing view.

"Chateau Victoria Hotel Accommodations"

We had a 2 queen bed room facing towards the front of the hotel. Would like to have a King room but didn't book ahead and so all that was available was the room we had. Room was nice, clean and quiet. Location was great for walking to downtown, harbour and restaurants. Staff was super friendly and very helpful. Didn't get to the pool but will check it out next time. Would definitely book here again.
