"Friendly staff, antiseptic rooms."

Enjoyed the friendly atmosphere from the staff, and the renovated rooms are really nice. The rooms are very antiseptic as there is no artwork on the walls. Also the new toilet paper dispensers are extremely difficult to reach - especially for those people with lower back problems. Please bring back rolls on dispensers within reach!

A beautiful very clean hotel in downtown Victoria. Close to everything! And service was attentive as our room was very comfy. We experienced no hic cups in our stay. The staff were very informative as to eateries and places to explore. The Vista Restaurant on the top floor spread out a gorgeous view of the city and harbour and their breakfast was superb. I loved the waffles smothered in maple syrup and berries and also the French Toast. The eggs serving was huge with bacon, fruit and toasts. Loved the Lego replica of the hotel, fireplaces in the lobby and the security in the elevators. Highly recommended.

Staff were lovely. 1 bed penthouse was perfect. Fire table, Bluetooth speaker and loaner deck of cards available from the front desk were all lovely extra touches that made our stay perfect.
