A comfortable desk and seating area are also featured in all rooms at the hotel. Select rooms offer balconies or patios with ocean views.

Serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner, Chandler’s Restaurant & Lounge is located on-site and offers a menu inspired by locally grown fresh products and features signature cocktails. For convenience, an on-site fitness center and a business center with fax and photocopying services are available at the hotel.

LEGOLAND and Carlsbad Premium Outlets are within five miles of the resort and conveniently accessed by the shuttle service. The San Diego Zoo and the San Diego International Airport are less than a 40-minute drive away.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food at the restaurant was good. We really enjoyed our stay! I will note that while the walk to the beach is not difficult, you have to cross a decently busy road and pass through a campground. If I was traveling with young children, I'd probably choose a hotel with direct beach access.

The oceanview balcony room was amazing! All the staff were very nice and friendly. I also enjoyed the spa, hot tub, and restaurant. Only thing I would suggest is to have the shuttle for anyone within five miles. Not only if they aren’t busy with the beach runs.

Well, the room was nice and spacious, the beds were comfortable, but the thermostat in the room could not be controlled and we had to report it to be fixed. We also reported that we ran out of shower gel and they never brought us any. They did not tell us about the parking across the street. Chandler's had good food and the location was nice.

This was our 2nd time at this resort and we had such a great time. Staff are always so friendly & helpful. The lobby & restaurant are beautiful. The resort is across the street from the ocean with access down the stairs to a quiet beach. Unfortunately it faces a Rv campsite, but wasn’t a problem for us. The resort is a little farther away from Carlsbad village, but they have bicycles or a shuttle available. Rooms are a little outdated, but clean. We loved our stay & definitely will be back in the future.
