We were greeted upon arrival by Derrick and Sam. They were very friendly and professional. Derrick valeted our car and Sam showed us where we could dine in the hotel and led us to check-in. The restaurant was very good! We had to use in room dining several times and the food was very good and the service was prompt. The room was clean and comfortable. We would recommend staying at the Cameo!

Despite the fact that our first evening on 9th of April at Cameo Beverly Hills started with a very bad situation due to the unprofessional behavior of a front desk staff member, we would like to highlight how dramatically our experience changed the very next day. We would like to express our sincere appreciation to DESSY SOLANO, Front Office Supervisor. Thanks to her, all the негативные impressions were completely turned around. She didn’t just fix the situation — she transformed our stay into a truly comfortable and memorable experience. Her attentiveness, professionalism, and level of service were exceptional. It is rare to meet someone who can so significantly change a guest’s perception of an entire hotel. Because of DESSY SOLANO, we can now confidently say that we are looking forward to returning to this hotel again — largely because of the level of service she provided. We truly hope that the hotel management recognizes and values such employees, as they are the ones who build the hotel’s reputation and create a genuine desire for guests to come back.
