My friend and I were in town for the weekend to spend time with other friends and chose the Boston Park Plaza. We had two meals at Off the Common with and had fantastic experience. We ate dinner one night and really enjoyed our meal. More importantly, while eating, a gentleman wandered in who appeared unhoused seeking a shelter. The restaurant manager, Trina, MADE time to talk with him, understanding what he needed (it was 25 degrees out), and proceeded to direct him to several shelters she thought would be able to help him. The next morning, we grabbed breakfast before our departure. My friend has severe allergies to dairy and gluten. As we were eating, a significant amount of cream spilled on our table. Our servers quickly cleaned much of the spilled. A short while later, as our plates were being removed, we discovered remnants of the cream under my friends plate. After removing the plate and cleaning the spill, our server returned to say the meal would be complimentary 🤯! It was just a spill and while we had zero expectation for compensation, it was a very nice and appreciated gesture. All the service was great, from valet to housekeeping. This was my second stay in six months and I will be back!

"Leading up to the Christmas in Boston!"

We stayed at the Boston Hilton Park Plaza after arrving into town to visit family. The staff were phenomenally helpful and friendly, which was much needed after an international flight. Diego helped check us in and made sure everything was perfect, taking great care of our family. I really appreciated the extra efforts he showed to make our stay more comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Wink was our waiter who was super attendant to us and offered many helpful suggestions. I can’t say enough good things about these staff members, they made aloud stay more memorable! The hotel is very nice, beautifully located opposite Boston Common. It’s older, so the bathrooms are small and a bit outdated, but everything else was perfect. The elevators had us giggling at how fast they moved between floors, rarely any wait. And I loved the old school Mail Drop on each floor, something that I pointed out to my kids as the hotel’s been around a while, and still in great shape! Quintessentially Boston!
