"Great experience in Boston"

We just returned home from a rainy chilly weekend in Boston. What saved the experience was our hotel The Hilton Boston Park Plaza. Every staffer from check in, restaurant, bar, room care and the door men were friendly, knowledgable, effective and helpful. We had our small dog with us and they always our entire family feel welcomed. Given the weather we spent lots of hours in house enjoying their comfortable public areas. The valet parking was curtious and prompt when needed. Special thanks to the restaurant servers who always made us feel welcome. Thanks.

Nice clean place, i needed an european to american charger adaptor which was delivered to my room. Thanks to Ranjan for the adaptor :) Breakfast is very nice, they even take personal requests, included in the price. Breakfast starys only at 7 though, bit late

Historic hotel with beautiful facilities. The staff is most caring and welcoming. Devon in the front desk went the extra mile to help get a great room and a late check out! I will definitely be back next time I am in Boston for business or vacation

The hotel is beautiful and Jennifer was the most loveliest host! Thank you so much for making my stay amazing. I was welcomed with a bottle of water and was rewarded $15.00 to use at the restaurant for being part of Hilton Honors. The hotel room was so nice with the best view
