It's so refreshing to check in and the person is nice, friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and above all else, very genuine in welcoming you. I hope everyone gets to check in with Devon at the Hilton Park Plaza. Worth the stay. Will be back just for her efficient checkin and warm welcome; a rare service these days.

"Hilton takes care of an errant weary traveler"

The Hilton Boston Park Plaza provides exceptional customer service, offered with kindness and courtesy to the weary traveler. The Front Desk's Michael was the person I saw when I arrived for a conference in the evening. I had made the awful mistake of thinking I had made a reservation but had not confirmed. I texted a friend that I was having some trouble; she offered to let me stay in her room. Michael confirmed with her that this was acceptable, and then he made a call to another nearby hotel for me and ensured I was all set. I had a concern about my car (having just traveled through awful traffic on a snowy night, and he addressed my concern with gracious hospitality to me feel at ease. He went above and beyond in caring for me and ensured that everything was handled properly.

The hotel was very clean. They brought me a microwave. Candace in housekeeping was especially friendly with a nice smile 😃 also check in was easy. Great amenities including amazing gym. This hotel is located in vicinity to park and many fine eateries.

"Weekend vacation with the family"

The hotel was very clean. I saw several reviews where people claim the rooms are small which made me hesitant when I was booking. I would say they are on the smaller side, but still very comfortable and spacious enough for me, my wife, and our two kids. The hotel is in a great location. We did the freedom trail which was just a few blocks away and got in some of the historical sites. The restaurants nearby were great! Highly recommend the italian restaurant on the corner right across from the hotel, Maggiano's. It was great and the portions are pretty big. Parking is a bit expensive. You have the choice to either valet or park in the parking garage right across the street for about $10 bucks cheaper than valet. All in all had a great stay and will most likely stay here again if we visit.

Zeila was very helpful when asked to help connect to the Wi-Fi and especially at customer service recommend ***** anytime I needed something I knew who to turn to. Whenever you stop and stay at this hotel look for her for all your needs. Honestly 10/10.
