What a great hotel in a perfect location. We have stayed here several times when we visit family and we have never had any issues. The staff are all wonderful, the rooms are clean and the shower pressure is amazing, plenty of parking and there is no cost nor are there any resort fees! This is the first time we have used the pool; it is quite lovely; not crowded nor noisy with very comfy lounge chairs and towels. The fitness center is excellent; perfect for a good work-out and plenty of water on hand; again, no charge. The lobby area is lovely; free complimentary coffee and free, freshly baked cookies in the afternoon/evening and one night they were making cotton We have not dined at the hotel but the food looks delicious. Will be back again a couple of more times this year with additional family visits we have scheduled. Special shout-out to Barry at the Front Desk who went above and beyond with our check-in! Thank you!

We stayed at the hotel for business purpose but were so glad to enjoy such a nicely appointed hotel. The staff was fantastic, helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The room and every part of the hotel we visited was clean and well maintained. The check in process was smooth and quick. We had an issue with the bathroom sink faucet that we noticed and it was fixed immediately while we went for dinner. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast buffet looked amazing although we had to leave too early to enjoy it. There were so many nice shops and good restaurants surrounding the hotel that it was a fun to walk the area in the evening. We will be going back for pleasure next time!

I travel regularly for business. This is a great hotel! The bar and restaurant make a huge difference. Food is great, but the service is over the top. Mike (bartender) and Malik (server) created a great experience and I am looking forward to coming back.

Grace was an absolute pleasure in the breakfast buffet downstairs. She was super nice and helpful and an absolute joy in the morning. As an elite member, the lounge didn’t have breakfast. She explained to me how I can get a voucher and how I can enjoy my breakfast. She was very efficient and got me everything I needed and overall just had great customer service
