Great stay overall, but we were especially pleased with exceptional level of service during breakfast by Tammy. She was super sweet and made our stay extra pleasant. Room and facilities were also to the best level of satisfaction. Thanks again for hosting us.

We stayed here for 2 nights and had two rooms, we booked to have access to the M room which we found out upon arrival doesn’t open fully on weekends after we tried to go it, we found the reception staff pretty useless, firstly not welcoming at all, one of them had no idea about the M room opening times or that of breakfast, pretty basic stuff, we thought the room were a little tired in places and when we departed the same person who didn’t know about the M room times etc tried to charge us for our stay that we had already prepaid, after a bit of kick back and delay from us they also realised this, but sadly it was the attitude in which this was dealt with that got us and noting in the way of “sorry our mistake” which is extremely poor. That said the staff in the M room were pretty good and I have to say the omelette was great, nice location of hotel and easy parking etc, just terrible staff on the whole.

I had my wedding at the Marriott and it was the best experience. Jennifer specifically was the the absolute best. She was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to get anything that we needed. She made sure we were all happy and satisfied and made us her priority. I can’t thank her enough for her efforts that day in making sure everything went smoothly on our wedding day.

Rooms are hit or miss with being updated or run down, but the M Club is wonderful. Jules and Kennedy are so helpful, friendly, and are genuinely happy to see you. I am coming up on 1000 nights with Marriott, and they make traveling for work much easier. They’re the friends and family I have on the road. Thanks y’all!

I arrived at the hotel at 10pm after having a terrible experience trying to check into another hotel. Michael B was working at the front desk. He was so welcoming and kind. The hotel was so busy but he ran upstairs to see if the last room they had was clean and ready for check in. He did everything he could to welcome me and help make a horrible evening better. The room was spacious and clean . My husband is a Titanium Bonvoy guest so access to the M club for breakfast was great. The hotel is located near many shops and restaurants. There is a lovely pool and fitness club. Every employee at the hotel is top notch and the best of what Marriott is about. Hats off to the GM and staff. You are doing a great job and we can’t wait to stay there this winter. Thank you.
