I came to Boca to drop my children off at University. We stayed at the hotel as a family. After the children moved to the dorm, my husband left for Dubai and I stayed back for about a month and a half. My experience was wonderful because of people like Sara who work at the hotel. She was always so friendly, with a genuine smile. Always willing to help me. Anytime I saw her, she greeted me and made me feel welcome. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The pool was nice, the gym was good too. The food was always tasty. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, because the surrounding is beautiful too. There are nice restaurants in the neighborhood and a great mall not too far away. Once again Sara (from Spain) made me feel more at home. 😊

Boca Express Travel recently hosted their 15th annual Travel Expo at the Boca Raton Marriott and we had a great experience. Jennifer was our amazing coordinator who ensured all of the details were exactly as we requested. The catering staff were equally attentive and made sure our guests had plenty of fresh food to enjoy throughout the expo, and staff were incredibly helpful with any needs that arose during our event. The dining area they set up for us was beautiful, and the ballrooms provided plenty of space for our guests to interact with each other and our vendors without feeling too crowded in.

WORST EVER!!! I stayed here 4 times and this is the worst experience ever at a so called 4 star hotel. Apparently, the management has changed and they hire unskilled workers to run the show. From check in to the stay, I only had problems. Incorrect $$$ amounts on my bill, false room numbers noted, nasty front desk girls and boys and excuses for each error. At check in, the 2 young women were giggling and whispering in each other's ear as I spoke to the other check in person. SO RUDE. I am a senior citizen and expect respect. The promises they state on their website are false. Nothing works like it should and it seems nobody cares....why should they...they have your credit card to charge what they want, when they want. It is a disgrace that such a hotel can be listed as a Marriott. It will bring down the brand name of this chain. I have stayed at 3 star hotels that were much better quality than this one. The personnel are apparently trained to argue all with the guests. I called the front desk at 6.15 in the morning because I needed info, but nobody answered the phone after 15 rings!! Apparently they were sleeping in the backroom. THis is noted as 24/7 front desk, but perhaps their personnel don't realize their duties. I will NEVER stay at this hotel again and I will advise my network of Google/Amazon customers they should choose a quality hotel where the customer is first!
