Our room is comfortable and mostly nice The sitting deck in our unit has some paint peeling - but pool #4 was lovely Nothing really fancy at Blue Tree but seems good value Furniture all great condition Walkable to a variety of tasty restaurants and stores for convenience (A map of these at check in would be good!) Security folks are unobtrusive and friendly A property cost dinner offered would be nice and serve as a welcome resident mixer early in each week

Myself, my family and friends stay at Blue Tree at least once a year. The property is always well maintained, the units are constantly being updated and the amenities offered are fantastic! The close proximity to all of the attractions make it even more enjoyable. The staff always makes us feel welcome and they are always very attentive, courteous and professional.

The room was clean but had a bad smell. There was no hot water during our weekend stay. The ofgice sent a handy man but he was unable to find the problem.

The pools were great! The condo offered a kitchen that allowed us to do quick breakfasts before long days at the theme parks. The workout facility, onsite store, and washer dryers in the condo were very convenient. Beds were comfy!

"Good for the price"

This resort was nice and quiet. The space was good for our family of 5. The thermostat did not work. We were told to turn off the air conditioner with the breakbox if the thermostat did not work. The next day they came and change the thermostat, which was helpful. Our only big complaint was that the floors were very dirty. It appears that they were vacuumed but not mopped. We had to wear our shoes inside to keep our feet from getting filthy. The bathrooms, bedding, and towels were all clean. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cookware. The refrigerator leaked water throughout our stay. Dishwasher, washer and dryer worked well. We liked the pools. The location worked for our daily drive to Universal Studios and would have been perfect if this was a Disney trip. If I had the option I would give it a 3.5 out of 5.
