The resort was perfect! We almost didnt want to leave to visit the Disney World parks. We visited for Easter break and there were many activities for all three of my children and even an Easter egg hunt on Easter with the Easter bunny! The room, staff and environment were better than we ever imagined!

"Management id Really BAD"

I stayed at this property March 7th to March 14th. I was down from Atlanta area for Bike Week. My bike was damaged by their Lawn Care people. I am handicapped and the security can and offered no help to find parts damaged by Lawn Care. I attempted several times to contact management and left several messages. I never received a return phone call. I left a day early as the management was so bad. I continued to call for seven days and finally got in contact with the general manager, Walter Serveno after seven days of calling, I informed him that I had left several messages for Jose' Perez, the manager and he never returned them. He stated that they were busy, but he had contacted the lawn Care people, who said they weren't responsible for the damage to my bike. I asked to speak to the next person above him. I was told that was Keith Scott and that he would contact me. As of this date I have not received a phone call. I have found out this is a homeowners group and not a regular hotel or condo. The staff at the desk are very friendly, but have no knowledge of who to contact in case of emergency. It took them 10 minutes to find out the number for the Orange County Sheriffs Department.I would not recommend this place. There are plenty others in the area that are the same price and maybe they know how to run a business.

"Great Location, Friendly Staff!"

The location is great and within walking distance to many attractions, (5 minutes to grocery and restaurants), 20 to Disney springs and 45 to outlets. Our condo had a slight musty smell but otherwise it was clean and comfortable. The pool could have been cleaned out for the leaves more throughout the day however it was windy so we understood that they would blow back into it. We had a baby with us and used a pack and play at the resort which was older and a bit wonky however we fixed it up easily with a blanket under the pack and play mattress.

"Clean, large room, great amenities, close to everything!"

We stayed here for 2 nights to be close to the Disney parks. We were a little worried based on some of the reviews, but found the room to be extremely clean, filled with all kinds of dishes and amenities you would need for cooking meals in the kitchenette, and great pools. There was constant maintenance and cleaning going on, lawn crews, security, and house keeping was always buzzing around on golf carts and taking care of any issues. Most importantly, this hotel is close to everything. From the Disney parks to shops & restaurants, it's really an ideal location.

My husband and I stayed at Blue Tree for a week and enjoyed everything about it! Everyone there was helpful, efficient, and very nice! The area was easy to get to and had plenty of places to eat and things to do. Disney was only a 10 minute drive away.
