Very nicely appointed rooms and beautiful property close to all the attractions. Location is priceless. Sherry at the front desk made our welcome extra special and was super helpful in getting us started with some bottles of water after our long trip. Parking is easy, the only caveat of the room is the fact that there were no extra towels in the washroom cabinets contrary to other timeshare resorts, however we just needed to call them to get replacements fast. They do provide a starter laundry soap but no dryer sheets so plan your own if your unit has a washer and dryer like ours did. Overall an excellent experience.

Good hotel overall. Great location. 10 minutes walk to Winn-Dixie supermarket, 5 minutes walk to Wa-Wa and a few restaurants, 10 minutes walk to IHOP, Olive Garden, Starbucks and Denny's. We asked for a renovated apartment on the top floor and this is what we got. The only renovation that has beem done however is the carpets have been changed to laminate flooring and it was clear that this had not been cleaned for our arrival as the bottom of our socks were black after 10 minutes. Furniture very dated with marks, main TV didn't work nor did the hairdryer in the main bedroom. Our apartment was overlooking pool 4 which was lovely and heated but very noisy at times (quieter in the mornings). There is a quieter pool but the water here is freezing. No cafe or shop.on site but there are 2 vending machines where you can buy water, pop and snacks. Great washing and tumble dryer facilities. There is a crazy golf on-site and the hotel is a 15 minute drive from all Disney and Universal parks and a 10 minute drive to Disney Springs. All in all we had a great stay at Blue Tree. However, on departure we had an issue. The check-out time is 10am but as our flight wasn't til later in the day, we paid an extra 50 dollars to have a later check-out. We ended up checking out at 11.30am. When i handed the room keycards back, the 'senior' lady receptionist said to me 'For future reference the check-out time is 10am'!!!! We had paid an extra 50 dollars for a later check-out time and she should have known this!!! Thank you for a great stay.

Booked this resort through Interval International and I must say I was skeptical after ready recent reviews. We arrived a day later than our booking and no issues. We gotta resort early and the beauty behind the desk had us taken care of and to our room in no time. She was awesome. I wish I knew her name. She was great from top to bottom. The two bedroom was a perfect size for our family. Anytime we needed to phone the desk our needs were met quickly. Very close to all attractions and restaurants. We will definitely stay again.

Absolutely amazing. Pool was normally quiet which meant it was extremely relaxing. Check-in was quick and easy and is also local to restaurants etc. I have stayed at blue tree resort 2 times and there hasn’t been a single issue. We had 10 people in our family who were staying there . Security /staff were very friendly and rooms were massive! Me and my family loved our stay at Blue Tree Resort and we will definitely be staying there next time we go to Orlando!!!

Our room is comfortable and mostly nice The sitting deck in our unit has some paint peeling - but pool #4 was lovely Nothing really fancy at Blue Tree but seems good value Furniture all great condition Walkable to a variety of tasty restaurants and stores for convenience (A map of these at check in would be good!) Security folks are unobtrusive and friendly A property cost dinner offered would be nice and serve as a welcome resident mixer early in each week
