Clean, and all the amenities you could ask for! Close to all the parks, shopping, and dining. My only complaint is the beds and furniture are not very comfy. All of the wood furniture is showing a lot of wear and tear.

Hi All, Where 2 start with this. I was anxious with staying here after reading previous reviews but there was no need. From the time we arrived at reception we felt very welcome, Gwendoline and Terri on reception are so helpful polite and nothing was to much trouble, met Angel who works here so helpful and give us the short cuts, The grounds are beautiful and well kept the pools are cleaned every day , there are several shuttle buses through out the day for transfers to Disney and Universal. We used Ubers a lot and got picked up and dropped off at reception. The manager is such an amazing man and interacts with everyone adults and children. Room attendant did a fab job We had an issue with the bedroom window and he got it fixed straight away, there was a damp smell in the room I spoke to manager said it wasn’t a massive issue but he would move us if we wanted to and we decided against it as we were not in the room much. I really don’t want to leave and we will definitely be back

"It's Okay"

I've stayed at a few timeshare resorts in the Disney area and this one is just "okay". It doesn't really compare to the Disney resorts or the Marriot resorts in the area. Given the choice, I'd stay at a Marriot resort instead. The place was clean and everything was functional, though a lot smaller than I expected. Although the place was clean, the floor was sandy and walking around barefooted was not advisable. Why isn't there a mat by the front door to wipe your feet? The shower was okay, plenty of hot water and the pressure was fair. The bed is very comfortable but the pillow are waaaaaaay too soft.
