The resort was perfect! We almost didnt want to leave to visit the Disney World parks. We visited for Easter break and there were many activities for all three of my children and even an Easter egg hunt on Easter with the Easter bunny! The room, staff and environment were better than we ever imagined!

Overall the resort isn't bad but we were put in a 2 bedroom unit out back on the 2nd floor near the dumpsters. We checked in on Saturday evening and went down on Monday to ask if we could be moved to a 1st floor unit because I have bad knees and it's painful for me to walk distances and climb stairs. Mercedes Avegno told us the only units they had on the 1st floor were premier units and we'd have to pay an additional charge of $50 per day or another $300. She went on to say there is an elevator in building 14 we can use to access our unit. Since we were in building 10 this would mean walking a great distance to get to and from our unit. Within our unit, several electrical outlets and light switches as well as a toilet paper holder were installed crooked and the door handle in the second bathroom is so loose I don't care close the door because I'm afraid it will fall off. The same was true of the faucet in the shower but my husband tightened that with his leatherman tool so I could take a shower. Additionally, the top of the baseboard in the bathroom is filthy and needs to be wiped down. I didn't do this because I want them to see it for themselves. We drove down here from NH and, if it weren't so far, I would have left on Monday but we're going to another resort next week with friendly people and excellent customer service. Although we are also owners at this resort, we will never return.

The rental had holes in the carpet and was stained throughout the entire rental. There were food particles stuck to the inside of the kitchen cabinets and dishes. The unit had a musty smell...we left a day earlier to rent a hotel room.

Looked great at first; unit was clean. Some parts of unit were worn, but was good condition overall. Noticed deferred maintenance like leaky gutters outside. Our unit door reset itself at every heavy rain. Security was on the way, they said, but failed to mention security won’t go outside in heavy rain. Discovered company doesn’t provide rain gear for their employees, either! I’ll stay somewhere else next time.

Can’t fault the pools and the grounds are well maintained but the rooms are very dated, furniture is dark and old looking ,our room has a nasty damp patch on the dining room ceiling ,damp patch in one of the bathrooms and dirt inside the windows once opened! Horrid musty smell on opening the apartment door very off putting ,won’t be returning .
