The resort was perfect! We almost didnt want to leave to visit the Disney World parks. We visited for Easter break and there were many activities for all three of my children and even an Easter egg hunt on Easter with the Easter bunny! The room, staff and environment were better than we ever imagined!

I’ll start by saying that you get what you pay for and I understand that - so I wasn’t expecting luxury accommodations. The week before our stay we called twice (Wednesday and Saturday for a Sunday checkin) to ensure that our room would have a pack n play for my baby to sleep in and a washer/dryer. We were told that this wouldn’t be a problem. We also let the desk know that we would be arriving after midnight. Fast forward to checkin. We arrive around 1am, no pack n play in the room and had to wait at the desk for them to bring us one. It was disgusting and falling apart, and ripped, but at 1 am, our kids were tired and we just took it. The next day in the lobby, there were 4 brand new (still in the box) pack n plays sitting there, so we asked for one, they brought another to our room, but not a new one. Oh and the room didn’t have a washer/dryer. On Tuesday night we all woke up to warm air blowing out of the vents and the temperature in the room was increasing. We called in the morning requesting that they fix it. They didn’t indicate any problem and said they’d have maintenance look at it. We returned and it was 85 degrees with hot air blowing into the room. We called again and maintenance came. They said there was nothing they could do. That the heat turns on when it is less than 50 degrees (it was 60 degrees). He said he’d come back to look at it. We opened all the doors and windows and tried to cool the place down. Two hours later they hadn’t returned and the room was still 75, with all of the windows and doors open. We then went to the front desk to complain. The lady at the desk told us that the temperature had to be set at the max and the system would turn off (not really sure why maintenance didn’t just tell us that, or better yet, why they didn’t have a sign next to the thermostat). She acted like it was our fault and that we should have known to do this and wasn’t apologetic at all. Returned to the room at 730pm, it was still warm and time for bed so we had to close the windows in the kids room. I called the front desk asking for fans. Big surprise, they had no fans. But finally, the 4th time we called/talked to someone, they offered us a new room. The lady at the desk took my phone number and said the manager would call me the next day (yesterday). Another big surprise - haven’t heard from them. I have never experienced anything like this before and I am very disappointed. Positives - close to the parks, economical, nice heated pools. Negatives - customer service

I was traveling with my service dogs and went to the resort at 10:30am to check in. Although check in is at 4:00pm I was told I could check in at 12:00 pm. However I had to ride around after being on the road for 7 hours with service dogs for an additional 3 1/2 hours. I wasn’t allowed to check in until 2:30 pm. When we got there the microwave had dry ketchup on the screen near the handle, the room was musty. Staff was not helpful at all during my check in process. Although the price was good I was too stressed out to enjoy myself.

It was great, clean, sorta out dated but didn't matter. Had everything for kids and close to Disney world. Pools there are 7 and near by are so many restaurants and grocery and cheap shopping. Extremely safe area and walkable

Our 2 bedroom was spacious and clean. Plenty of room, nice kitchen and bath. Our only complaint is that the nearby pool was closed for the first 6 days of our stay. We were only able to use it the last day.
