Attending a wedding at this Hotel and it blew us away with how awesome everything was! From the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out it was a very memorable weekend. The staff was 5 stars and so nice. They all seemed to be happy to help, answer questions or just BS some. Special shout out and a cheers to, Luis, Nick, Avi, Denise, Harry, Renee and Tori! They worked the wedding event and/or provided services that were memorable throughout our stay and they all should get an extra bonus in their next checks! The room was great, clean, and picturesque. I made sure that houskeeping knew we appreciated her hard work as well. Thank you Bilmar, I'll see you again soon and even though I am a local resident, I'll make this my go to place anytime I need to stay in Treasure Island or have anyone ask me the best place to be at.

Initially our first room was directly across the streets from Ricks Bar and Grill. They have live music until midnight so unfortunately, it was loud. We moved our room the next day to the middle of the resort in the back and it was excellent. The remainder of our stay was perfect. The front desk was extremely helpful and all the staff was amazing. The amenities they offer are excellent. From providing towels and beach chairs to bikes and two beautiful pools. You’re right on the beach so the location is excellent. Gibing a special shout out to Justin and Avi for their outstanding service. They really made our stay special.
