Pet Policy: Pets are allowed. The hotel allows up to two dogs in a rented room. Maximum weight limit is 80lbs for any one dog. Other pet types (e.g. cats) may be allowed upon the hotel’s approval prior to arrival. Pet fee is $40 per day. A refundable cleaning and damage deposit of $150 is required upon check-in. If damage occurs or excessive cleaning is needed, the deposit can become non-refundable and the hotel may charge additionally to cover the costs of repair or cleaning.

"“ Won’t Be Back”"

I would love to give this hotel a 5 rating. There are good things about it such as the lady at the front desk when we checked in was wonderful, the room was clean, the breakfast was pretty good and we liked the exercise room. The bad part was that they had booked a family reunion, which I’m sure would have been fine but a lot of people that were not staying at the hotel came to this reunion. They were bring in large amounts of alcohol.There were people in the dining area, patio and in the parking lot playing loud music late, walking and driving around the parking lot late, pulling up next to other guests cars, flashing lights at each other and acting very suspicious. There was no security at the hotel! We were not comfortable with this going on. We will never stay here again!

"Bugs and non-working AC"

One of our room was infested with cockroaches. We were offered a downgraded room as a replacement and one of those rooms did not have working AC when it was 99 degrees outside. I have approached management for reimbursement for this and have been told that my photos of the cockroaches are not of his establishment and zero compensation for that or lack of AC. Stay at your own risk!!

"Closest to Amphitheater but should have stayed downtown."

Nothing Special. Just a place to sleep. Only on elevator working which we normally would do stairs anyway but the stairs were inconvenient. You have to go thru the pool area. Other stairwells led to outside, but sign said you’re on camera and if you go out the door an alarm will go off. Website said onsite bar and dining, NO not any more! There was a bar around the corner so we drove there.

The front staff and housekeeping staff were amazing. They were very friendly and helpful and the rooms were cleaned immaculately. We appreciated the extra help that they gave us from lost earrings, lost room key and taking up table space. We will definitely be back.

Everything was great. Very clean. The staff were very helpful. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable and the pillows were thick and soft. Clean and inviting pool. I stay here from time to time and definitely will stay again. Always a pleasure
