Perfect stay for a Disney trip, great location, good rooms, good price and easy in and out! I enjoyed my stay and recommend it for next travelers

El hotel es un asco, el primer cuarto que me dieron la bañera estaba tan sucia y llena de cabellos que el agua no bajaba, habían cucarachas por todos lados, me dieron otro cuarto y el inodoro estaba tapado, mi hermano se estaba quedando en otro cuarto que estaba igual o peor, las empleadas de limpieza no saben ni donde esta paradas, les pedíamos que limpiaran bien los cuartos y los dejaban igual, no limpian las duchas, no trapean el suelo, pedimos papel sanitario y nunca nos trajeron, la piscina es un asco, toda sucia, el desayuno, lo mismo todos los días, no tienen variedad, los empleados no tienen modales, no dan los buenos días no te miran tan si quiera, bueno en conclusión busque otra cosa, por que este hotel es horrible. Una cosas es que tengan un precio accesible y otra muy diferente es que tengan higiene, cosa que claramente no tienen. Y tampoco el precio es tan económico. The hotel is disgusting. The first room they gave me bathtub was so dirty and full of hair that the water wouldn’t drain. There were cockroaches everywhere. They gave me another room, and the toilet was clogged. My brother was staying in another room that was just as bad or even worse. The cleaning staff don’t even know what they’re doing. We asked them to clean the rooms properly, but they left them the same. They don’t clean the showers, they don’t mop the floors. We asked for toilet paper, and they never brought it. The pool is disgusting, all dirty. The breakfast is the same every day; there’s no variety. The employees have no manners, they don’t even say good morning, they don’t even look at you. Well, in conclusion, look for another place because this hotel is horrible. One thing is to have affordable prices, and another very different thing is to have hygiene—something they clearly don’t have. And on top of that, the price isn’t even that cheap.
