"Great Venue, Location and Staff for Efficient Off-site Meetings"

We hosted an all-day business meeting in the conference room. Being just outside of Austin and just off Highway 183 was very convenient for both local attendees and those that flew in to the Austin airport. The GM, Taylor, was great to work with...she helped us book at a reduced group rate, provided catering suggestions, and had her staff prepare the room per our requests. The hotel is very nice - modern and clean with more amenities than we expected. I would stay here again for a leisure trip and hope to book another business meeting here again in the future!

Tesla chargers don’t work missing cables! Asked for room to have sheets and towels changed didn’t do it! The worst Marriott ever! It’s beyond comprehension they allow this awful hotel to be part of the Marriott hotel brand!!! I will never stay here again!

"No hot water/ front desk hangs up on Guest "

No hot water! I had to check out early because the front desk said they never have hot water. Unprofessional front desk worker. I have called this hotel for the last 4 weeks and when I ask for a manager a lady hangs up. I finally had a guy to answer, but the voice-mail was full. I dislike making bad reviews but I tried handling it in house. The TownePlace will be where I stay in the future.

"Avoid Room 113"

My wife and I stayed at this relatively new hotel for one night. The hotel is new and clean. Unfortunately they have a full size pool (billiards) table off the lobby which is open for play 24/7 apparently. Avoid Room 113 at all cost if you need to sleep. The pool table is directly adjacent to room 113 with only a thin wall and about 10/feet separation. The pool balls hitting and people talking can be clearly heard in room 113. Finally at 1:20 a.m. I asked the group of teenagers if they could please adjourn, and they politely did. Nice hotel, nice staff, but room 113 is noisy.

Very nice hotel in the middle of a shopping area.Great staff.Very clean & comfortable rooms.Best showers I've seen in a hotel since Vegas.Small indoor pool.Has a great bar with pool table.Clean hotel. Love its surrounded by great shopping & restaurants. You won't be disappointed
