"It is neither good nor bad. Certainly, not ugly."

It is typical AC in city center, not the best, rather pedestrian. Location is pretty good, no complaints there. It is co-located with Residence Inn, definitely not my favorite Marriott brand. Residence Inn even has higher floors than AC, Lol! The service is adequate, but not overly friendly or efficient. The hotel is somehow squeezed between other buildings, not much of a view or natural light. Room was certainly clean, and rather spacious, but nothing exciting. Same about common areas. Breakfast was mew.... Bar is ok. The rate was fair, slightly on expensive side. So neither good nor bad...))) Being Titanium with Bonvoy, Would look for other alternatives in Marriott portfolio in Dallas.

"From LA, CA to Dallas, TX."

The room was fabulous: it was very clean; the outdoors window view was extravagant. I loved the ice & water machines. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I will be back the next time I'm in Dallas. I'm going to look for this establishment in every city I visit. California love 🫶 💚 🧡 💙 ❤️

"Great Hotel with professional and courteous staff and Valet!"

I always enjoy my stays at any AC hotel. This was my husband and I first trip to Dallas. The front desk staff was so professional and courteous. We used Valet parking and the woman named Sammie was awesome! She explained everything to us in detail, even recommended some great places to eat, but the great part about her was that she greeted everyone with a smile!

Sammie was incredibly helpful and hospitable. She gave us great local recommendations on restaurants and hang out spots. She was helping every customer in sight without them even asking. Definitely one of the best hotel staff members we have encountered.
