"Space centre good, greyline awful"
May 2019
Kennedy space centre itself was great. Greyline however were a terrible service and I would not recommend. They told us to meet at bus stop at 8.15am for an 8.30am pick up. They didn't turn up until 9.10am. No explanation, no apology.
At the space centre they told us to meet outside at 5.15pm later that day to be brought back to Orlando. Bus turned up at 6.10pm. Again no message or warning they'd be late. Had we known of the delay we could've continued doing things in the space centre. Then, they drove us 40 mins out of the way and in opposite direction to Orlando to pick up the people doing the airboat experience (which was nothing to do with us!!) With all the detours and drop offs we didn't get back to our stop in Orlando until 9.45pm!!!! Yes - 4.5 hours after our pick up time from space centre!!! It was ridiculous and a complete waste of time and money. If not driving, better to pay for an uber and separate entry to space centre. Don't use greyline if you want to keep your sanity.

Tip: Next time I'd get an Uber to space centre
