Notice: At time of check-in, a valid government-issued photo identification is required and must match the guest name under which the reservation was made. A $200 security deposit is due at check-in, and must be made on a major credit card. Cash and Pre-paid debit cards are not accepted. This amount is pre-authorized and will be released back after check out.
An $11 plus tax nightly resort fee plus tax is added to your stay and due upon arrival.
Pet Policy: Pets are not permitted. ADA-defined service animals are welcome.

"We had a wonderful time and I love this resort!"

I loved staying at Sunrise Ridge Resort in Pigeon Forge, Tennesse for our vacation in March 2026! Everything was so clean! And the unit looked brand new! Our balcony was one of my favorite areas, with a beautiful mountain view and overlooking the outdoor (heated) pool, kiddie pool, and outdoor hot tub. Even though it was March, when temps reached into the 80s mid-week, they opened the outdoor pool, so we got to enjoy that also! I injured my ankle BEFORE arriving, and we were fortunate to have a beautiful 1-bedroom unit that did not require any stairs at all, and I am so very thankful!! I had to have a package delivered (a knee scooter) from Amazon, and it was delivered to the office. When we returned later that day, we just had to stop in and pick it up! I love the amenities provided including salt, pepper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, coffee to get you started day 1, large bottles of body lotion, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the bathroom and shower, hair dryer, pool towels, and luggage cart (super helpful for my husband for loading and unloading as I couldn't help at all this time). Even though I was injured, we had a fabulous vacation, and a good part of that was due to the resort! The location (very near many attractions, yet far enough away to be quiet and peaceful). The staff is amazing, including providing a goody gift bag, coupons, and local maps, as well as providing us directions to a much closer, and much less busy grocery store less than a mile away in Pigeon Forge! I give Sunrise Ridge Resort 5 STARS!

"Good stay"

Units are dated but we had everything we needed. Nice to have 2 bathrooms with the 2 bedrooms . Noise from units above - could hear stomping and dragging of chairs. Beautiful view from the balcony , although didn't enjoy my morning coffee as I could have due to the smell from nearby landfill ( of course nothing resort can control). Excellent location close to everything.

"HAPPY WITH ALL..."

My man, my 23 yr old grandson, and I LOVED this place. We were very happy with our 2 BR, 2BA space with nice balcony, fully furnished kitchen, and fully stocked bathrooms...we had everything we needed and then some. My grandson drove his Mustang there for the Ponies In The Smokies event. We attended last year, as well. It was a blast, and having a clean, quiet, and well stocked place to stay just added to the whole fantastic experience!! We will definitely stay here again.

"Old and Dated"

I would not visit until construction is finished. Rooms are old and dated. Construction is above the rooms and goes until midnight. Complaining does nothing with the front desk not interested in moving our room to another non construction location.

The resort is in a great location with all the area has to offer nearby including the Island, Ober Gatlinburg, restaurants, entertainment and Cades Cove. The grocery store was only about a mile and a half away. Beautiful mountain views including sunrise and sunset can be easily viewed from the property. The staff at the resort are friendly and attentive.
