  • Pet Policy: The Ramsey Hotel & Convention Center is a Small Dog-Friendly Hotel that welcomes up to 40 lbs of small dogs only. Small dogs are charged at $40.00 plus tax NIGHTLY, per small dog and the guest is charged an additional and refundable $250.00 incidental deposit, per reservation. A maximum of two small dogs per guest room is permitted. Strictly no other kind of pet is permitted on property. Guests that do NOT register their small dog(s) are subject to a $500.00 plus tax penalty. ADA-defined service animals are welcome at no extra cost.
  • Guests who reside in local East Tennessee counties, including but not limited to Blount, Cocke, Greene, Hamblen, Jefferson, Knox, and Sevier may be subject to a $250 incidental deposit.
  • Guests with vehicles towing a trailer must contact the property in advance. Parking for vehicles with trailers is limited to 1 space per room, and trailers cannot exceed 24 feet (7.3 meters) in length. There is a fee of USD 75 (tax not included) for trailer parking. Due to any unforeseen circumstances at the time of your stay, trailer parking may be subject to availability.

This is my 2nd time staying at the Ramsey Hotel and I enjoy choosing this hotel to stay at! It’s clean and seems to run very smoothly. They have a GORGEOUS pool and fire-pit set up (although we couldn’t get the fire-pit to work this time, but we also didn’t ask for help lol). They have complimentary coffee,tea,hot chocolate, and cold lemon water available 24/7, as well as ice and vending machines. The breakfast is SO good- it’s very hot and fresh with many choices (and the hostess/greeter Judy who is an ANGEL and so welcoming/friendly!!). They have other amenities we didn’t take advantage of, such as movie nights, popcorn, the bar, exercise room, laundry, ect! It’s tucked back and has a big parking lot and many entrances so you’re always near a door! They have coupons in the lobby for the attractions nearby. Overall I would choose here again and again! Definitely a must try place to stay 😊

The Ramsey Hotel in Pigeon Forge is great! The rooms are clean and tidy, which makes our stay very comfortable. The staff is really friendly and helpful. They really go out of their way to make guests feel welcome. The buffet breakfast is one of my favorite things about this place! It's a great way to start the day before going out to see the sights. When I take my nieces and little sisters to Pigeon Forge, I always stay at The Ramsey. It's great for families, and every time you go, you have a great time. Very highly suggest!

The hotel was one of the nicest and friendliest I have stayed at. The sound proofed rooms, pool and hot tub were amazing. Jonathon made the check in quick simple and seamless. Evelyn was friendly and made the bar fun. Mrs. Judy made breakfast a joy, her attitude and joy were contagious. I spoke with the manager Amy to let her know that her entire team was outstanding. I look forward to visiting again.

The staff was very nice, especially Johnathan at the front desk and the hostess Judy at breakfast. The cleaning staff was really lacking in a lot of areas. The elevators were dirty. Trash overflowed outside the elevators for 2 days. Most of the glass doors and windows were heavily covered with smears and fingerprints like they hadn’t been cleaned for a while. The room cleaning wasn’t good either. The hotel itself is very outdated for the price. There were broken parts in the bathroom. I also got locked in the bathroom because of the faulty door. The microwave didn’t work. When I called the front desk and told them they said they would send Maintenance up. After waiting over an hour no one came so I asked them if they can just come in the morning because it was night and I didn’t even want to eat anymore with it getting close to me going to bed. No one came the next day to fix it.
