  • Pet Policy: The Ramsey Hotel & Convention Center is a Small Dog-Friendly Hotel that welcomes up to 40 lbs of small dogs only. Small dogs are charged at $40.00 plus tax NIGHTLY, per small dog and the guest is charged an additional and refundable $250.00 incidental deposit, per reservation. A maximum of two small dogs per guest room is permitted. Strictly no other kind of pet is permitted on property. Guests that do NOT register their small dog(s) are subject to a $500.00 plus tax penalty. ADA-defined service animals are welcome at no extra cost.
  • Guests who reside in local East Tennessee counties, including but not limited to Blount, Cocke, Greene, Hamblen, Jefferson, Knox, and Sevier may be subject to a $250 incidental deposit.
  • Guests with vehicles towing a trailer must contact the property in advance. Parking for vehicles with trailers is limited to 1 space per room, and trailers cannot exceed 24 feet (7.3 meters) in length. There is a fee of USD 75 (tax not included) for trailer parking. Due to any unforeseen circumstances at the time of your stay, trailer parking may be subject to availability.

The location was nice. A movie and popcorn is supposed to happen every night. We had to pretty much beg for popcorn to be popped, the movie to be turned on, & towels for the pool the 1st night we stayed. By the time we finally got our popcorn & got the movie turned on (at about 8:45pm), we were all just over it & went to our room. Rooms were not very clean. The floors were horrible & the bathroom sink had mold in it. A baby was screaming out in the hallway all night on the 1st night. The breakfast, not that great either. This stay definitely wasn’t worth the price I paid. Next time I will try the Drury across the street. The reason I gave this a 2 star review is because Judy at the breakfast buffet is really nice & on the second night we stayed we didn’t have to beg for the movie, popcorn, or pool towels.

Who knew there was such great hospitality in Pigeon Forge. I made a last minute trip and was struggling to find a place. Maddy and Jeanie hooked me right up and even got me in early. The hotel was clean and cozy. Great stay.

The hotel was a great choice for us. We chose an ADA room. The bathroom was extra large and roll in shower was easy with grab bars all around. Bed was very soft. Breakfast had a lot of selection. The hostess, Judy, was a delight. We looked forward to seeing her as she greeted us with a big smile. The lobby was nice and relaxing. We sat in lobby with fireplace. We were able to walk to a restaurant, which was convenient. We will stay here again
