"Don't stay at the Radisson. It's filthy."

The best part of my stay was seeing a SpaceX launch-not the Radisson. It was dirty. 1. Room 113, 1st floor of a 2 story motel. Parked in front of the room & the grassy area was very littered. 2. The metal threshold entering the room had grooves, which had never been scrubbed. 3. The laminate floor of 113 was extremely sticky & disgusting. 4. After reporting the floor, someone came immediately to wash it & the cloth broom was black from filth after wash. Others in our group complained of finding hair on the sheets & thought the sheets weren't changed, door to their room had light coming through around all the sides & anything could crawl in. 5. No free breakfast, which Marriott, Hampton, etc. offer guests. Price of buffet breakfast was $22 per person. The pool area was beautifully designed & clean. The picture of the resort on here doesn't show the actual rooms, because it is so spread out that anyone with a disability would need a shuttle. It's a very confusing place to navigate by foot & since the place has 2 floors, no elevator. The reservations were made for a group of us, so the choice of a place to sleep wasn't our decision, but I needed to warn others NOT to stay there. There are many nice hotels all around, so that's not a problem.

For the price there are much nicer places close by. Positives: Friendly staff - everyone working here was lovely. Smiles all around and very friendly. Location - convenient to restaurants and cruise port. Property - grounds and pool were clean. Negatives: Room 1) NO SAFE! Why? 2) Door was extremely hard to open, it was stuck so tight you had to literally force it open with your shoulder. 3) floor in room was sticky 4) small, uncomfortable pillows Food 1) nope! Also, the breakfast is $21! Find a place where it’s included Overall I wouldn’t stay here again.

First impressions was great. Upon arriving the property looks nice and while checking in it feels like a total island vibe with the music playing right outside by the pool. Once we got to our room though it was a bit of a disappointment. The floors were sticky and the pillows were horrible. The floors right outside the room are not a flat surface so when people walk by with rolling luggage it’s pretty loud in the room. For what they charge for the night you would expect cleanliness and pillows that don’t leave you with a hurting neck in the morning.

"Nice place"

First impression was great. Johnny greeted is and took our luggage bags to our room. Front desk was great checking us in. We had two minor issues. Even though there's a fridge in the room, there wasn't a microwave that we could use onsite. The rooms have a barnyard door for the bathroom that came off track and trapped my daughter inside. When I went to get her out, the door almost fell on me. Other than that, the staff was excellent, friendly and very accommodating. I will come back.

Wonderful hotel! Great help. Ask for Jonathan. Super helpful and friendly. Took great care of us. Helped us line up our shuttle and got us to the port with plenty of time. Helped us load luggage and secure luggage tags. Made our cruising trip a breeze. Will definitely be back!
