We again, overall, enjoyed our stay at this location; as we have for the last several years (see previous TA reviews). Our room (a studio one-bedroom, top floor corner in Honeysuckle) was once again clean, comfortable and well-maintained (a thank-you to Amanda, for providing a great "refresh" for each of our 4 weeks). As usual, the staff overall, were friendly and accommodating. We did take-away one star this year, do to what we thought was going to be an upgrade, actually turning into what we considered a bit of a downgrade; 1/2 way through our stay. After installing new TVs, in all the units; we found that we had lost more than 1/2 of all the cable channels offered for years. All the commercial- free HBO channels were eliminated, both Branson visitor channels were gone; as were Newsnation, GRIT, RFD, etc., etc. We don't come to Branson each year primarily to watch television; but when we do watch, it was nice having a wider selection from which to choose. This supposed "upgrade" was like being given a new vehicle to drive; but then not allowed to go to more than 1/2 the locations, one could once attend. When we called the front-desk about the situation, the staff person said she was unaware of the change; but would have someone get back to us about it. Noone ever did. Again, this was not a major issue; just a minor annoyance. And certainly not a reason for us not to plan a return here, for next year's trip to Branson/Ozarks.

We stayed a week in a large one bedroom. Checking in was very easy and staff were super friendly. They were able to put us on a top floor which was nice to have a view. Room was decorated very nicely with a full kitchen and washer/dryer. The pool and hot tub area was closed for renovations and that was disappointing. Overall, our stay was enjoyable and the location is close to all the activities in Branson.

If your plan is to spend time at the pool and hot tub, don’t stay here. All pools and hot tubs are closed. The suite itself was clean and comfy. However, we were placed downstairs with only two windows. The view from the living room is a brick wall. The view from the bedroom was nice but not as pictures suggest. The porch/sitting area are enclosed by shrubs so you can’t sit out unless you want to sit literally in the bushes. The space was nicely decorated but felt dark and cave-like. The bedroom linens appeared clean but smelled a bit musty. On the upside, hotel staff were very nice. We enjoyed our stay, but only because we love to visit Branson. Will seek lodging elsewhere next time. Not worth what we paid.

Well… I want to say the one bedroom villa was really nice. Some of the furniture in the bedroom was chipped, the ceiling fan didn’t work in the bedroom and the seating was something that could use an upgrade. My bad point was the check in staff said there was not a bad view from any room. Not true. We had a romantic view of power lines, cell phone towers and the top of other buildings. And we were on the top of the hill on the third floor!!! Below that you would only see parking lot and retaining walls! All of that said… it is still one of the nicest places in Branson. A little out of the way but within 10-15 minutes of about everything!
