Holiday Inn Express & Suites Branson 76 Central in Branson, MO

The breakfast was very decent for a “free” breakfast. There were several sources of protein: eggs, bacon or sausage (pork and turkey), Greek yogurt, peanut butter, freshly baked biscuits, cereals, oats, sweet pastries, bagels, cartons of milk, fresh fruit and more. There is also fresh coffee. This property has a very small front parking lot. There are about six handicap spots in the front and about an equal number of spots on the front row reserved for “Diamond Elite members”. I didn’t count parking spaces but I think maybe 30 is a decent guess. My numbers are just guesses since I didn’t specifically count them. We were able to get a handicap spot a couple of times during our five night stay. We were in and out multiple times per day so scoring a handicap spot in the front former ensure there being one each time you came back in. If you have to go to the back lot to park, it is NOT handicap accessible. It is slanted downhill and there is no accessible entrance from the back. One must either walk around to the front entrance or try to climb a set of 10 steps to get in the back door. If you have mobility issues anyway, the trek around to the front is long and uphill. To give you an idea of the back parking lot, when you enter from the front of the building on level ground, you enter on the third floor. Also, one of the back doors does not require your card to open it. The latch appears broken and anyone could walk right in. I don’t generally write negative reviews but I want anyone reading this to know if you have mobility issues, this property may present challenges. The front desk staff was helpful and cordial. We would not stay in this hotel again. There is another Holiday Inn Express just a little piece away.

We were very happy with our stay. The room was comfortable & clean. A breakfast was included. The staff was nice. The location is great. There was plenty of parking for a variety of vehicles and even had a plug in the back o f the place to plug in your boat or ATV, etc. The price is very reasonable. We will be back!

Rude manager, room had a broken door in between other half of room. Room was directly above breakfast area and was extremely noisy. Do not recommend due to management and condition of property. The other Holiday Inn properties in the Branson area are much nicer.

We had a king suite room and were surprised that we he had two rooms and two bathrooms. The location is in the middle of 76 and allows for easy access to shows. The breakfast is OK but not as good as other hotels we have stayed at. I would stay there again.

Was supposed to have a. Balcony room. Told I didnt tried to get it changed and was treated rudely would not help me , laughed at me. After 3 hours of trying to. Change this. I left and went to another hotel , lost my money and will never return was told. It was a very simple fix. Yet. It didnt get fixed I was. Treated like dirt because I booked through a 3rd party company. The cost for the rooms was. Identical and the picture of the room. I thought I booked was the balcony room
