The place is nice, however they do t tell you the property is split into three buildings. The potential to not stay with your family is very real it happened to us. 3 groups 2 buildings. Walking in the rain building to building. First morning I’m done to read and have some coffee. It’s $3 a cup for coffee. I’m Diamond at Hilton 60 nights this year. I expect coffee. Why because Hilton offers it at most locations. It’s a standard. The buildings are fresh and nice. Being separated and charging for coffee is not cool. Plus the dining room is across the street but it it’s raining. This trip has gone sideways with a few inconsistency’s from Hilton.

The location was great as was the room but I stayed over 5 weeks ago and the hotel has repeatedly said they would give me my food and beverage credit of $60 but has not done so. I have asked 4 times now and I have been told each time that it would be done and it hasn’t. Even a call from Hilton corporate did not get them to give me my credit. This is a perk of my status and I was told to use it in the restaurant and that it would come off my bill automatically. Their buffet breakfast is very expensive for what it is and I would have never gotten the breakfast without the credit. I feel scammed by them. This whole experience makes me not want to stay at hiltons anymore. I used to be diamond status but I’ve had such bad experiences with Hilton in the past two years that I’ve gone with another hotel brand. This just proves to me yet again that Hilton is not a great brand anymore.

I am so pleased with my stay at Hilton Promenade Branson landing. My condo is beautiful! Huge TVs, great coffee, lots of nice soft towels and Evelyn and Crabtree bath and body products, yes please!! The view of the water show is lovely and the bed is so comfortable. The hallways and clean and my room was impeccable. The location is amazing with the great mall and restaurant within footsteps!!
