I am so pleased with my stay at Hilton Promenade Branson landing. My condo is beautiful! Huge TVs, great coffee, lots of nice soft towels and Evelyn and Crabtree bath and body products, yes please!! The view of the water show is lovely and the bed is so comfortable. The hallways and clean and my room was impeccable. The location is amazing with the great mall and restaurant within footsteps!!

Firstly, I will not be back to Hilton Promenade, any response from the hotel will state they hope you’re back etc. Stayed nearly 2 weeks, It’s a 4 star Hilton, but no free breakfast? It’s a 4 star Hilton, but no ice machine on every level? I had to request, then beg then demanded sheets be changed. Then only one bed got changed. New sheets for the other bed were just left on the other bed for us to change. Repeatedly had to ask for new towels, simply because the shower leaked so much the floor mats ended up dripping wet. The aircon stopped working, and it took 3 requests to have it addressed. No vacuum the entire stay. And then the audacity for housekeeping to ask for a tip.

Location & Atmosphere Situated right on the boardwalk of Lake Taneycomo and nestled into Branson Landing’s promenade, this hotel offers upscale shopping, diverse dining, and lively entertainment—all steps from your room. The environment felt clean, well-landscaped, and refreshingly family-friendly—far from the tourist trap vibe I expected. Staff & Welcome Experience From the moment we arrived, the front-desk team went above and beyond to make us feel at home. It was a genuinely warm and effortless check-in—scratching that personal touch out of the park! Cleanliness & Comfort Every corner—from the lobby to our immaculately kept room—was spotless. The pristine condition of the entire property really stood out. Guests often praise the hotel’s cleanliness and amenities , and I can’t help but echo that praise. Dining & Convenience We didn’t rely on in-room dining; instead, we walked across the street to find a fantastic range of restaurants. The convenience of being surrounded by great options made mealtime something I looked forward to. We really enjoyed the White River Fish House just steps away! Family-Friendly & Walkability Traveling with my son, we loved how everything was within walking distance. There was no need to drive—which is rare and incredibly convenient on a road trip with a kid in tow. Many reviews reflect this sentiment . Final Thoughts Branson Landing often gets a bad rap, likened to places like Myrtle Beach or Pigeon Forge, but our stay at the Hilton completely changed my perspective. With its riverfront setting, upscale ambience, welcoming staff, and impeccable cleanliness, it surpassed all expectations. Bring your own breakfast, as this hotel has no restaurant where you can order such. I travel extensively and stay exclusively at Hilton, and have NEVER seen one where you cannot enjoy breakfast. This is unacceptable and certainly a deal breaker.
